Vacation rentals in Kato Dris

Well where to start!? First of all some context - we have been lucky enough to have holidayed in some amazing properties over the last twelve years or so, all across Europe: France; Portugal; Italy; Spain. But this experience has outshone them all. This property is utterly breathtaking: well appointed, tasteful, clean, the facilities and amenities were far beyond our expectations: Acres and acres of private outside space, like a garden of Eden - lovingly maintained, with a multitude of very special, unique, and varied spaces to suit any mood. An extensive outdoor kitchen, take your pick from barbecue, wood stove, and pizza oven… Inside we found perfectly furnished, super fast WiFi, two modern big screen TV’s with all bells and whistles, super cool remote control air conditioning in every room, 3 x WC’s 2 x bathrooms, washing machine/utility areas, 2 wonderful bedrooms, and the swimming pool is by far the best that we have ever experienced. An honour and a privilege to stay here.

Iosef is a wonderful host. He made us feel welcome right from the very start. His traditional Cretan home, that he has lovingly restored is truly magical. The views overlooking Sitia are absolutely breathtaking. You are surrounded by wild flowers, olive groves and not forgetting overlooking the turquoise waters of the Agean sea. Anyone who wants to Immerse themselves in nature, Cretan culture, flower scented clean air and perfect stillness. Then Iosef's beautiful home is for you. Iosef thank you so much for your kind hospitality, we enjoyed every single moment, especially the local honey!! We will definitely be back!!

Maison très agréable, très calme bien qu’au bord d’une route peu fréquentée. Jardin et espace extérieur très spacieux avec vue sur les oliviers. Bois à volonté pour le BBQ. Maison très fonctionnelle, meublée avec goût, très bien équipée en vaisselle et électroménager de qualité. Propriétaire et co-hôte disponibles par tél. en cas de besoin et très sympathiques. Accueil crétois oblige, de l’huile d’olive de la production personnelle des propriétaires, du raki et des légumes frais pour réaliser une salade grecque nous attendaient à notre arrivée. We had a wonderful stay at the Seascape Villa! The views are truly stunning and the photos do not do them justice! Maria was an incredible and caring host/ point of contact and was so responsive, providing special tips and recommendations to make our visit enjoyable! She’s happy to help, and even called ahead to restaurants for vegan options for us - thanks! The separate and very private bedrooms with their own entrances are great for sharing the space. Lots of outdoor places to relax and enjoy the view. The secluded rocky beach is breathtaking and absolutely worth the hike down and up - more for the adventurous type but absolutely doable and worth it! So peaceful and gorgeous down at that beach. Sometimes there is some noise from the neighbors and their dogs, cats, and from the road behind the house which is normal/ typical if off a main road and with neighbors - just flagging that although it is private and somewhat secluded it can get noisy at times. 100 percent would return!!

To wspaniałe miejsce! Jeśli potrzebujesz odpocząć od rzeczywistości, cieszyć się spokojem i pięknymi widokami, to miejsce dla Ciebie. W domu jest wszystko, czego potrzeba do życia, Harry zadbał o najmniejsze szczegóły! Perfekcyjnie przygotowany dom na przyjęcie gości! Nasz lot był bardzo opóźniony, byliśmy bardzo późno, ale Harry nad wszystkim czuwał i przyjechał po nas. Cudowna, spokojna, przyjazna Kreta wschodnia!

Nous avons passé un moment exceptionnel chez Maria. La maison est magnifique, perchée dans un petit hameau préservé. tout est parfait, il ne manque rien pour que vous y soyez à l’aise et surtout la décoration y est splendide. L’équipement de la cuisine, la qualité de la lingerie : tout est de bon goût et appréciable.nous avons été accueillis comme des rois, le frigo était plein c’était incroyable. de plus nous avons partagé plusieurs repas avec Elsa ,Adonis,son mari et des habitants du village. ce fut des moments de grande amitié, où nous avons pu échanger sur la culture et la musique grecque . Ne manquez pas ce lieu ,c’est une expérience inoubliable. Encore une fois,ici, l’hospitalité grecque prend tout son sens.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les déjeuners et dîners sur la terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la baie. L'appartement est bien équipé et spacieux, l'accès depuis Siteia est rapide au mois de Mai. Maria est venue spécialement nous accueillir avec des oeufs de ses poules, petits gâteaux maison et oranges excellentes. Bon séjour.

huge house with beautiful terrace and amazing view in a tiny village. absolute privacy, very calm, you can completely relax. the way to Sitia is about 15 min by car, there you find a lot of shops and restaurants. everything was great, only the double beds are a little bit short for people with a body size over 1,8m. overall highly recommended and we enjoyed our stay very much.
