Well where to start!? First of all some context - we have been lucky enough to have holidayed in some amazing properties over the last twelve years or so, all across Europe: France; Portugal; Italy; Spain. But this experience has outshone them all. This property is utterly breathtaking: well appointed, tasteful, clean, the facilities and amenities were far beyond our expectations: Acres and acres of private outside space, like a garden of Eden - lovingly maintained, with a multitude of very special, unique, and varied spaces to suit any mood. An extensive outdoor kitchen, take your pick from barbecue, wood stove, and pizza oven… Inside we found perfectly furnished, super fast WiFi, two modern big screen TV’s with all bells and whistles, super cool remote control air conditioning in every room, 3 x WC’s 2 x bathrooms, washing machine/utility areas, 2 wonderful bedrooms, and the swimming pool is by far the best that we have ever experienced. An honour and a privilege to stay here.

Iosef is a wonderful host. He made us feel welcome right from the very start. His traditional Cretan home, that he has lovingly restored is truly magical. The views overlooking Sitia are absolutely breathtaking. You are surrounded by wild flowers, olive groves and not forgetting overlooking the turquoise waters of the Agean sea. Anyone who wants to Immerse themselves in nature, Cretan culture, flower scented clean air and perfect stillness. Then Iosef's beautiful home is for you. Iosef thank you so much for your kind hospitality, we enjoyed every single moment, especially the local honey!! We will definitely be back!!

Very nice house, very quiet although at the edge of an uncrowded road. Garden and very spacious outdoor space overlooking the olive trees. Unlimited drinking for the BBQ. Very functional house, tastefully furnished, very well equipped with quality dishes and appliances. Owner and co-host available by phone in case of need and very friendly. Cretan welcome obliges, olive oil from the owners' personal production, raki and fresh vegetables to make a Greek salad were waiting for us when we arrived. Thanks to Georgia and Mr. Pantelis 🙂

We had a wonderful stay at the Seascape Villa! The views are truly stunning and the photos do not do them justice! Maria was an incredible and caring host/ point of contact and was so responsive, providing special tips and recommendations to make our visit enjoyable! She’s happy to help, and even called ahead to restaurants for vegan options for us - thanks! The separate and very private bedrooms with their own entrances are great for sharing the space. Lots of outdoor places to relax and enjoy the view. The secluded rocky beach is breathtaking and absolutely worth the hike down and up - more for the adventurous type but absolutely doable and worth it! So peaceful and gorgeous down at that beach. Sometimes there is some noise from the neighbors and their dogs, cats, and from the road behind the house which is normal/ typical if off a main road and with neighbors - just flagging that although it is private and somewhat secluded it can get noisy at times. 100 percent would return!!

It's a wonderful place! If you need a break from reality, enjoy the peace and beautiful views, this is the place for you. The house has everything you need to live, Harry took care of the smallest details! Perfectly prepared home for guests! Our flight was very delayed, we were very late, but Harry was on guard and came to pick us up. Wonderful, calm, friendly East Crete!

We had an exceptional time at Maria's. The house is beautiful, perched in a small preserved hamlet. Everything is perfect, nothing is missing for you to be comfortable and above all the decoration is splendid. The kitchen equipment, the quality of the linen: everything is tasteful and appreciable. We were welcomed like kings, the fridge was full, it was incredible. In addition, we shared several meals with Elsa, Adonis, her husband and villagers. These were moments of great friendship, where we were able to discuss Greek culture and music. Don't miss this place, it's an unforgettable experience. Once again, Greek hospitality takes on its full meaning.

We really enjoyed lunches and dinners on the terrace with beautiful views of the bay. The apartment is well-equipped and spacious, access from Siteia is fast in May. Maria came especially to welcome us with eggs from her chickens, homemade cupcakes and excellent oranges. Enjoy your stay.

huge house with beautiful terrace and amazing view in a tiny village. absolute privacy, very calm, you can completely relax. the way to Sitia is about 15 min by car, there you find a lot of shops and restaurants. everything was great, only the double beds are a little bit short for people with a body size over 1,8m. overall highly recommended and we enjoyed our stay very much.
