Perfect Stay in Kamala – A Truly Memorable Villa Experience 🌴🌞 We had the most perfect stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom villa with a private pool in Kamala. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa is spotless, beautifully furnished, and extremely well-maintained. Every detail has been thought through, from the fully equipped kitchen to the luxurious bathrooms and super comfortable beds. A huge thank you to Thoi , our wonderful host, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We also want to extend our sincere appreciation to the Property Minding Team – they kept the villa in pristine condition and were professional, and always friendly. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape in Phuket.

Villa Nirvana is an absolute dream! Ilana was a very responsive and helpful host. The view is truly breath taking and the villa has every amenity imaginable, even housekeeping every day if you wish! The kitchen is so well equipped you can easily cook or have bbqs and enjoy the beautiful patio and view. Our family of four was so comfortable and we truly loved everything about this little piece of heaven. Highly highly recommend!!

Absolutely Incredible Stay – 5 Stars! I recently stayed at a villa in Phuket and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel so welcome – friendly, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The villa itself was unreal – even better than the photos! It was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The private pool, the views, and the peaceful surroundings made it feel like our own slice of paradise. Every detail was thought out, and you could tell a lot of care had gone into making the space special. If you’re thinking about staying here, don’t hesitate – this place is a dream. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Ensar was very friendly and greeted us directly with his son when checking in. We were a group of 6 people who are friends and it worked out very well. Just the right place for families. Ensar was always easy to reach and sent someone by immediately if there were any problems. In the immediate vicinity there are only a few small restaurants and three shopping facilities 711, Lotus and Mini c Fantasea is right around the corner. It takes about 15-20 minutes on foot to reach the stand. If I travel to Kamala beach again, I will stay there again. Thank you for the hospitality.

Very responsive host.. Provided clear instructions during checkin and checkout. My flight was late night and the host happily extended my check-out time which was very helpful.

Catherine’s place was amazing! It was definitely worth every cent she really puts a lot of love into her home. She was very responsive days before our check-in she made sure that it was smooth. She let us know about Songkran which was our first time experiencing and you have to come to Thailand to experts yourself. She told us where the nearest places were for confident snacks, pharmacy, and more. She was very nice & security is always at the gate which is a plus but it wouldn’t have mattered because it was quite locals are around you and it’s places you can walk to if you enjoy walking which we did. She was also so kind in being flexible in our payment for utilities because we had to leave early for our flight. Make sure you book with her & I would come back a million times. Go visit the elephant sanctuaries, zip line, eat amazing local food. See all the greatness Thailand will offer you! Thanks again & see you next year for Songkran.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Mirka & Philippe's place in Choeng Thale. The house was spacious and had a lovely lounge and kitchen area. The pool and outside space was just fantastic and great for spending time relaxing. Its totally possible to walk to Bang Tao beach for a swim or to visit any of the beach clubs, restaurants and bars. If you have small children you are walking along the busy roadside . We ended up getting tuk tuks to take us there and back for a very small amount of THB which resolved the issue. Easy access to Boat Avenue for more food and shopping options. There was some minor construction noise from around the area during our stay but it wasn't too bad. Mirka was very responsive and a great host. We would stay again.

I came here over two weeks ago and this was BY FAR the best place we have stayed. I have stayed at many high end Airbnbs all over the world and this place blew it out of the water when it came to the house and service. I just want you to know that. I’ve never been treated so well and had such an amazing experience. Like I said I will be back and I will know where to book now when I return. Thank you again. 🙏

The home is gorgeous and modern. The home is equipped with everything you need. The different levels gave everyone their own private space and we were all able to come together in the living area. The outdoor pool and sitting area is very quiet and peaceful. I cannot say enough about the concierge team. They were all amazing! Someone in our group was searching for a specific Thai Dessert and they were able to get it delivered the next day. We couldn’t get to a fruit stand after they opened up and the ladies made an extra stop to pick some up and delivered it to us. My husband got very sick and they coordinated transportation from where we were to the hospital, where they already had him registered. We are so very grateful to have picked such an amazing home with the most wonderful team to help make our stay that much more meaningful. We would definitely book this home again the next time we are in Phuket!!!

I stayed here for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The house was absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, peaceful, and very well-maintained. It offered a great sense of calm, which made it the perfect getaway. The host was warm, welcoming, and responsive, making the entire stay smooth and comfortable. Definitely great value for money. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing stay! Only advice is plan your daily commute in advance, as the place is located at a very steep mountain.

We had an incredible stay at John’s villa. He was exceptionally helpful in managing our requests for additional transfers, super efficient with any information we needed or any facilitation on things within the villa. His check in and checkout process was exceptionally thorough and we had some great conversations with him as well! It’s a beautiful villa tucked away with lush green views all around and super close to lots of restaurants and shops. It has the perfect blend of privacy as well as stuff to do around the area and a definite win for big groups. Loved our stay!

The location was ideal: quiet and serene, yet close enough to local restaurants, beaches, and shops. Pat was an exceptional host – warm, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt taken care of, and any questions we had were answered promptly. This villa was the perfect home away from home, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We loved our stay here. The hosts were very attentive, we messaged them to organize things like drivers and recommendations all week and they always responded and organized things for us promptly. We felt like we got more than just a place to stay because of how attentive they were. Place was nice and clean and rubbish bags provided. And cleaners came to tidy and replaced towels part way though the week. The view was probably the best part about the place especially on the 4th floor lift (max 2ppl) included which was great so the stairs weren't an issue Everything was thought about from the pool floaties, welcome water, to oil and salt in the kitchen and wine for purchase if you really want to drink. The only thing I will mention is be aware the electricity and water will take a decent portion of your deposit but if you plan for it, it's not really an issue.

Beautiful villa with incredible garden and pool. Located in gated compound with friendly security guards. 2min walk to delicious restaurants - Suay has premium Thai food and nice vibe, Laad had fine dining quality food for $50 per person. 5min walk is Baan Moo Rom Kwan a bbq meat restaurant which was delicious and much cheaper. Supermarket 5min walk away along with other small stores if you need items. We loved the Elephant Sanctuary 10min walk away. You can just visit the restaurant and still see elephants without doing a full tour. The area has lots of activities which you can easily find on Google maps. We loved our stay. The 4 days felt like a whole week. We’d definitely stay here again.
