Townhome vacation rentals in Kathu District

Good location. Kamala beach is about 15 minutes by walking, 3 min by motorbike. Bangtao and Patong about 15 min by motorbike. The house was nice but from toilets were stinking probably from pipes. Communication with host was good, but could be better. In our generally opinion we do recommend

everything was exactly how it was described.photos match perfectly .it's a lovely quiet place I love our stay there . The beach is a little walk around 15 - 20 Min. you have shop and restaurants very close to the property.

Great stay at her apartment as it was spacious and clean! Furthermore, the sea view was so amazing and I enjoyed chilling at the balcony. Would highly recommended staying here!! :)

The Airbnb is very comfortable and looks exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Mark is a very good host who is always available and reacts fast. The housekeepers are very friendly and do clean the airbnb (dont forget to tip them) :) I really can recommend this airbnb to all of you , Enjoy your vacation !

We stayed at Julia's place in Kamala for a month, and it was an good experience! The area is great, with plenty of cafes offering a variety of cuisines, lots of massage salons, and both 7/11 and Big C within walking distance. There’s also a street night market nearby with fresh fruits and street food. The beach is very close, and there’s a great gym nearby as well. The property is in a gated, secure community. It has an excellent deep pool with plenty of sun loungers. The house itself is huge, featuring a very comfortable large sofa and a big TV. There’s also a dedicated workspace and a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cookware. Overall, I highly recommend this place! It’s perfect for two families to stay together.

Quite spacious new house, great for the five of us ( three adults +two children). Everything you need in the house is there. We often stayed in the area, this time we loved that the house is more secluded, a wonderful view of the hills. But you need to be ready that you will need to rent transport.

Very nice place, very clean neighborhood, very clean house, all the amenities are there.It's close to Patong Walking Street, but it's not noisy.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. The location was perfect right in-between Kamala beach and Patong. The view is stunning and having your own private pool is such a nice feature. The villa has plenty of space and 5 bathrooms, which makes it very easy to stay with a group.

Great place for a short stay, recommend

Very cozy place, in a cozy quiet neighborhood. The host was like a ghost - he didn't feel his presence because he only came home to spend the night. It has all the conditions, it was super!

Great place to stay, if you want to be near major party area, but also value silence at night and stunning view. You have to rent a bike or car, though. Its pretty hard to get anywhere on foot. Big living room is nice to hang out with friends or family, making music jams or watching movies. Pool on balcony is your savior if, for some reason, you have to stay at home at daytime heat. Internet is stable and fast, we were working remotely whole month and didn’t get any troubles with it. Overall, we were very glad that we chose this place to stay. Ps: Keri is an amazing host. She was there every time we needed help.

Very warm and welcoming both Nui and Kat! Always providing me with treats and great suggestions. Super, super friendly and kind! The place is very clean. The location is central not near the beach, but once you rent a scooter it is easy to get everywhere. Thank you Kat and Nui!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind and communicated proactively throughout our trip. One day, it started raining and I casually asked if they had an umbrella — unbelievably, within just 1 minute, the host showed up with 3 umbrellas so we could still enjoy our walk to Patong. It honestly felt like a superhero moment — like Superman came to the rescue! Truly thoughtful and above and beyond service. Highly recommended!

Alex was a wonderful host, always responsive when it comes to answering my questions. The stay was also amazing as it came with many rooms that were clean and tidy. Location wise it’s close to many restaurants and it’s walkable to the beach and also bangla road. Definitely a great experience with a great host!

we received a tour upon arrival and everyone was friendly, the place is clean, modern, and well equipped, super amazing views in two rooms and the rooftop. it is close to many things, plus the daily cleaning was a lovely touch, felt like a hotel and not just an airbnb. they even have a laundry service. only thing to keep in mind is the hill climb but if you're welling to get taxis or do some upwards hiking then it's fine. all things considered it's a 5 star stay and would definitely come back. Extra note: we even accidentally broke a toothbrush holder (ceramic cup) and the host was very very nice about it.
