This brand new ultra-luxury 3 bedroom large flat is located in the bustling Patong Beach (part of blue point) divided into three floors. This room type is the best location in the entire neighborhood with the best view and the highest configuration. The entrance is the master bedroom and living room, we have a huge leather sofa in the living room where you can relax and enjoy the sunset in Phuket. The two rooms downstairs have a bathroom, and the rooftop has a huge sea view terrace with breathtaking views. You can have a barbecue party with stunning sunset when the night falls. The oversized sea view lounge overlooks Patong Bay and the ever-changing seascape from morning to night. Close to Marriott Hotel and Amari Hotel, close to Patong city but away from the hustle and bustle, 3 minutes drive to the bar street, suitable for bars, surrounded by famous elephant attractions and a variety of sea view restaurants, cafes, convenience stores. Quiet Paradise beach is also nearby. The communal infinity pool has a shallow area and a deep area for guests to use.

Our 4 bedrooms panoramic sea-view of Kamala is located on top of Kamala hill. It’s short distance to Kamala beach and Patong beach. This huge house has 2 swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen, washer&dryer, gym, ping pong table, dart game and Nitento game is on request. Daily Maid Service: It’s included and the maid is available from 10 am. to 12 pm. only. ( Changing all linens is once a week) Electricity: 100 units a day is included in the rental, additional is 7 bahts per unit.
