Vacation rentals with a pool in Kathu District

The house was simply wonderful. We stayed with my family for a week and everything was clean and tidy. The price was very affordable, the villa was extremely luxurious and comfortable, and it was within walking distance to everywhere in Kamala. The host and the staff helped with everything. The pool was bigger than the photo. I definitely recommend it. We stayed as 5 families and it was very good in terms of privacy. Thank you.

We stayed for a week at Piotr’s villa and had wonderful time. The view of mountains is spectacular. The villa is clean and spacious. Piotr is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place.

My family and I had a pleasant stay, there was 10 of us— the place was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. One thing to note is that there’s a noisy bar right next door that stays open late, which might be a concern for light sleepers. The location is a bit secluded, so you’ll need to rely on taxis or rideshares to get around. Overall, a good stay if you’re okay with a bit of nightlife nearby and don’t mind traveling for access to amenities.

Location is right near beach, many nice restaurants and food stalls just a few steps away. The pool was a great refresher after a day at the beach. The only downside for us is the beds are extremely firm.

Just got back from an amazing stay at a villa in Phuket — total paradise. The place was spotless, private, Loved lounging by the pool and catching sunsets. Super close to beaches and great food spots too. The host was friendly and made everything easy. Would 100% go back!

I loved Irina's place. I felt right at home. The neighborhood is quiet and had an absolutely lovely view. I 100% recommend staying here if you visit Phuket. It is close to everything with a quick 15mins ride to patong beach. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Phuket.

5 Stars – An Amazing Stay in Patong! I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The location in Patong is perfect, close to the beach, nightlife, and great food, yet still peaceful enough to relax. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the host. Absolutely fantastic, warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time, offering local tips and being super responsive to any questions. Beautiful apartment. Easy building to stay at. Beautiful beach views as described. So much to do around the building and like 7 minute walk to Bangla street for nightlife. Felt very safe

Chonnacha is truly incredible such a kind person. And Jep was equally caring and beyond professional. The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.

Good place, close to Patong and in a quiet area

Had a great stay at the Patong Tower with my family. It was a joy to wake up to the beach view and beautiful city surroundings. Would highly recommend booking here for all my future visits. Daily cleaners were excellent and very convenient. Thanks again for ensuring our vacation was pleasant, comfortable, and enjoyable.

Duncan was a very gracious host. Check in was very easy. The villa is really great and clean. We stayed there for 6 days. In the meantime, the villa was cleaned and the pool was also cleaned regularly. If there was a problem you could ask Duncan for help and he helped you directly. You can walk to the beach and restaurants within 20 minutes. There are plenty of opportunities to rent scooters. Otherwise, the grave is a great alternative. The villa is clean, bright, friendly and tidy. We highly recommend Duncan and Alexander's properties!

We booked this villa for our family of 12. We absolutely loved the villa! Immaculate place and very friendly and responsive staff. They made us feel very welcomed and were accomodating to our requests at a timely manner. The breakfast was delicious and they gave great recommendations on activities. The beds were so comfortable as well as the couches. The pool was nice and clean. There were many outdoor lounges/seating areas. From the beginning of our booking to our check-out we were well looked after. Highly Recommended! We wished we could’ve stayed longer.

We've stayed in the Villa for 2 weeks. The place is absolutely amazing. Pool is great and our kids loved it. Margaret is a great host, very responsive and also have a great team locally that is always ready to to help you with any of the queries. Also Villa services like cleaning, gardening and pool maintenance were spot on. Location is super family friendly - away from the Patong craziness but close enough to Bang Tao beach and local restaurants and shops. Every room have a separate bathroom and 2 of them have even an outside private shower which is amazing ! Villa is very well kept and maintained with a highest standards. The option of free airport transfer is also a very welcoming addition. If we ever go back to Phuket we will be coming back to this place as it ticks all the boxes for us and even exceeds some of our expectations. Highly recommend !

Amazing place. Pictures don’t do justice. Place is huge. It’s great you get all the good things you would with an Airbnb but also with the percs of a luxury hotel with the room service, food, rides etc
