Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kathu District

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dr. Supot's house. It had all the amenities listed on AirBnB. It has a full-size functional kitchen (minus an oven, which is rarely seen in Thailand). We were grateful for the peace of mind of the safe, which we made good use of, and the double-locking front door. We had smooth communications with Dr. Supot's staff. They responded immediately and positively to every question we had, and when we had a problem they immediately had it repaired. The house is on a quiet side street, and you really can walk to the local 7-11 (which are everywhere in Phuket). The street is narrow so you have to park close to the curb; you also get lots of practice backing out. There are lots of restaurants in the vicinity, and we used the Grab app often for food deliveries. A favorite is the Zurich Bread Factory. The area is a great place to go in any direction on Phuket. We highly recommend this house and look forward to returning.

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay here. Communication with the host and co-host was very good and the check-in process was easy. The room itself was clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The complex has good facilities with 3 pools, a rooftop bar, café & a gym. The location is good but you have to walk down a busy main road to get to the beach and restaurants. This is not a big problem as the complex runs free shuttle buses every 2 hours. There was some building work outside the apartment which was quite noisy but it didn't bother us as we were out most days. Overall this Airbnb is a great base for exploring Phuket and I would definitely stay here again.

Just got back from an amazing stay at a villa in Phuket — total paradise. The place was spotless, private, Loved lounging by the pool and catching sunsets. Super close to beaches and great food spots too. The host was friendly and made everything easy. Would 100% go back!

This listing was beyond stunning. The location being right by the beach was perfect for sunsets or sunrises. Very easy to find, & an amazing perk is the restaurant right next to it! Ms. Jane was going above & beyond to make my stay amazing. The quickest host to respond at anytime of day & the friendliest when needing early check in/late check out! If anyone ever comes to Phuket hopefully you book with her because it was truly a pleasure being there!

The cleanest apartment I've ever lived in. Looks much better than in the photo. There is everything you need in the kitchen, even spices. Cleaning 10/10, the apartment is perfectly clean. The location is very good, you can walk to the beach and the shopping center. Friendly owner and staff of the building. Only one minus - there is a noisy road nearby, otherwise it is perfect for its price.

We lived in the apartment for a month and we were happy with the location and the availability of everything necessary.

This is my fifth time in Phuket, i can tell Daniel’s place was really great. Wonderful seaview in room, walkable distance to Kamala beach. There were BigC and 24/7 Tops nearby. I had a rental car in there day, and parking lot was provided, but you need to drive up a high slope to access the parking lot. Everything was just the same as the description and photos. Daniel is a very nice and helpful guy, always provides me help at anytime. I will recommend this flat!

It was very pleasant staying at Monika’s place . It was very clean and well maintained . All Things in right place . She was always responsive to message . Highly recommended to other guests

Die Unterkunft war unfassbar schön und Oleg war ein großartiger Gastgeber. Er war steht‘s erreichbar und hat immer geholfen. Definitiv weiterzuempfehlen und bei meinem nächsten Besuch wird es wieder diese Unterkunft sein.

Had a great stay in this Aibnb, the host is accomodating and very friendly. Also a strategic place near to Patong beach. Will repeat again if i ever come to phuket again. And thank you so much for the early check in and late checkout. Thailand you have my heart.

Christophe’s home is perched in the tallest apartment tower in Kamala, offering a serene breathtaking views of the ocean, hills, and surrounding forest and no disturbance at all. If you’re self-driving, access to the building is a breeze. Otherwise, you’ll need to switch elevators halfway, climb a short flight of stairs, and take another lift. But it’s all worth it - 10/10 for the view and the apartment. Communication was on point!

I loved Irina's place. I felt right at home. The neighborhood is quiet and had an absolutely lovely view. I 100% recommend staying here if you visit Phuket. It is close to everything with a quick 15mins ride to patong beach. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Phuket.

Supercalifragilistic! That’s the only way I can describe the host, seriously. I had an early morning flight, and the host arranged a private driver to take me to a few places that would take some time. One of those places was a massage parlor. I was also able to do an early check-in. The place was really clean. There are plenty of mini markets, restaurants, and souvenir shops within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

The aprtment is under maintenance and smoe noise was around the electcric was cut with no notce

Beautiful apartment. Easy building to stay at. Beautiful beach views as described. So much to do around the building and like 7 minute walk to Bangla street for nightlife. Felt very safe

Super happy with Mr.Ken and Mr. Pascals attention. The place is very clean and their communication regarding any questions was super quick. They are very responsible host and will take care of you in any way possible. My wife and I really appreciate having conversations with Mr. Pascal and getting to know more of the city . Looking forward to visiting this place again feels just like home.

Ich hatte das Glück, diese wunderschöne Wohnung mit Pool und atemberaubenden Blick über das Meer auf Airbnb buchen zu können. Wir waren zehn Tage in dieser Luxus Wohnung und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr angenehm temperiert, danke zahlreicher fest eingebaut und zugfreier Klimaanlagen wird eine angenehme frische in der Wohnung verteilt. Die Badezimmer sind sehr großzügig und modern eingerichtet, ebenso gut hat uns die Küche und das Wohnzimmer gefallen. Die Betten waren sehr angenehm und ein begehbarer Kleiderschrank ist auch vorhanden. Michael und seine Verwalterin vor Ort haben immer sofort bei Fragen reagiert und sind mir bei einem kleinen Problem sofort entgegengekommen. Der großzügige Pool war super sauber und wir waren sehr oft einfach nur auf der Terrasse und haben unsere Zeit genossen. Man kann Essen sehr einfach via der App Grab bestellen, auch eine Tax Bestellung ist möglich. Wir hatten ein Mietfahrzeug und konnten direkt vor der Unterkunft parken.
