We absolutely loved our stay at this villa! Everything was simply perfect: quiet, cozy, with a well-thought-out interior and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, while still being steps away from all necessary amenities. Location: - Kamala Beach — Just a 10-minute stroll through the vibrant night market (a must-visit!). - 7/11, MiniBigC, Lotus Fresh — literally a 2-minute walk away. Pool — Spacious, clean, and perfect for swimming or relaxing. We spent so much time here! Hosts — Thoi and the Property Minding Team were incredibly kind and attentive. They responded promptly, assisted with any queries, and welcomed us warmly. It truly felt like they cared about making our stay feel like home. Over 6 nights, water and electricity costs totaled around THB 850. Highly recommend this villa for couples, families, or anyone seeking tranquility, convenience, and genuine hospitality. This is an absolutely perfect place to stay, the kind you take and send photos to friends right when you arrive. There is a service to get you up the hill which is great and everyone is very friendly. Penny is amazing and while we did not need her much, she was always very reactive. I can't imagine staying anywhere else the next time we come here.

I stayed here for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The house was absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, peaceful, and very well-maintained. It offered a great sense of calm, which made it the perfect getaway. The host was warm, welcoming, and responsive, making the entire stay smooth and comfortable. Definitely great value for money. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing stay! Only advice is plan your daily commute in advance, as the place is located at a very steep mountain.

Pictures do not do this villa justice - it's much larger than it seems, has 4 floors, lovely roof terrace with hot tub and 2 more patios in an amazingly central location in Patong. Cleaning every day was a lovely treat and all the team who helped us during our stay were great including our host who was always very attentive. Would easily recommend and for what you are getting this property represents great value.

We loved our stay at Boyd's place - so close to the beautiful Kamala beach - just a quick walk of 2 minutes down the road, and we were watching the incredible sunset with our feet in the sand. I can't say enough about the amenities of this villa. We were very pleased with the functional items, as we had been traveling for nearly a month, it was nice to do our own laundry (bring detergent), and there were racks and several outdoor decks for easy drying. There is everything you need to make and serve simple meals including a separate kitchen - if you wanted to do a big dinner you would have to bring in different items for prep and service, but with planning that's no issue. The space seats and sleeps at least 6 people comfortably. The pool and outdoor private areas are lovely, well-maintained, clean. The car park at the door is a great convenience. Nice beds, good decor, clean. Staff were professional and welcoming, and were available 24 hours a day. Everything as pictured or better!

We just returned from an amazing family vacation at this beautiful, modern, spacious villa. The ocean views are stunning, and though there’s no direct beach access, a short path through the road leads to Surin Beach. All four bedrooms are modern and immaculate, though we only used the top two for our stay. The private pool was another highlight—a definite favorite for our family. The airport transfer was seamless. But the real standout was the villa staff—Khun Zoom (Villa Manager) and her team—were warm, organized, and incredibly accommodating. Their attention to detail and commitment to our comfort was unmatched. They prepared delicious meals every day, better than most restaurants we tried, keeping our preferences in mind. On the day of an early excursion, the staff arrived at 4 a.m., impressing us with their dedication. They ran the villa like clockwork while still being incredibly warm, kind, and attentive in every way. Highly recommend this villa for families or group visits.
