Apartment vacation rentals in Kathu District

The cleanest apartment I've ever lived in. Looks much better than in the photo. There is everything you need in the kitchen, even spices. Cleaning 10/10, the apartment is perfectly clean. The location is very good, you can walk to the beach and the shopping center. Friendly owner and staff of the building. Only one minus - there is a noisy road nearby, otherwise it is perfect for its price.

We lived in the apartment for a month and we were happy with the location and the availability of everything necessary.

This is my fifth time in Phuket, i can tell Daniel’s place was really great. Wonderful seaview in room, walkable distance to Kamala beach. There were BigC and 24/7 Tops nearby. I had a rental car in there day, and parking lot was provided, but you need to drive up a high slope to access the parking lot. Everything was just the same as the description and photos. Daniel is a very nice and helpful guy, always provides me help at anytime. I will recommend this flat!

Great place to stay in Kamala Beach

Stayed a few nights, had a great stay. Easy check in and check out -- the location is near the Central Mall with great food options. 7-11 nearby and easy to get to downtown Old Town area. Fast internet, hot shower, comfortable couch and bed. Also, it was one of the few hosts I've ever had that had lots of snacks and food for guests. You can tell the host really cares about the guests. Thanks again! 🙏

The apartment is in a perfect location, very close to the Kamala beach with stunning views. The area is also very safe and calm. Timon and his wife are extremely nice people, they generally care about the guests. They provided us with detailed directions before our arrival. They would reach out to make sure everything is going well. Me and my friend got very ill the last day before our departure, Timon and his wife were extremely understanding and helpful. I would absolutely recommend them and their apartment! FIVE STARS ✨

Had a great time staying at Gilles apartment. Beautiful space, great location & responsive host. Second time I’ve stayed here & intend to return again!

Probably the best apartment I have ever rented. So peaceful, in the middle of the jungle. The apartment is modern and super clean. The AC works perfectly. The only minor issue was with the gym that has a lot of out of order equipments. Apart from that, Beata has been a great host, I really recommend !

Thx Huan for your wonderful accommodation. Love the place as its away from the busy Patong beach and it's not too far with a car ride. The place is very big, much bigger than I'd anticipated for 3 guys wanting to explore Phuket. Nevertheless, it feels like living in a resort home in California beach front & upscale location. The balcony view of Andaman sea is awesome too. Great place, keep up the great effort. Hope to come back next time. 👍

I had a wonderful stay at Vivian’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. She were welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. The location was great, and I truly appreciated the little touches that made it feel like home. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers!

Still a very nice room. The swimming pool is right outside the living room. The beds in both rooms are large. The not so good thing is that there is no toothbrush ~ The living room has a microwave and cutlery, etc. The receptionist is also very nice

Great stay. Host was always responsive when anything came up and was super helpful, this was much appreciated. The location is great, walk to the beach and the apartment does a shuttle directly to the beach, this was great. Near restaurants and Muay Thai gyms etc 3 different pools to choose from, a restaurant on site and medical centre. The place had everything you need, with short walks to pharmacies and 7/11. Pleasant stay 😁

I would highly recommend Mary’s apartment. It’s clean, spacious for family with 3 kids and our kids love the clean swimming pool! It is walking distance to Patong beach and halal food is easily accesible around the area. We loved that one of the big 7-11 was just beside the condo, making it very easy to stock up on food and snacks. On the eve of our checkout, there was a power shutdown which lasted the whole day and Mary was so proactive and kept me updated the entire time. I really would like to mention this here as I have not come across a very responsive host than Mary. Thank you so much for making our stay in Phuket memorable. My family and I can’t wait to be back! We will surely book Mary’s apartment again! Not to mention their housekeeper is always around if you need any assistance! Thank you again Mary!

The best option to stay several days in Patong, away from the noise of the nightlife. It is perfectly located, has all the amenities, close to 7 eleven, restaurants, pharmacies, tourism agencies, rent bikes, exchange money, etc. Highly recommended!

Beautiful villa that my whole family loved to stay in! we didn’t know that the Villa was part of five-star hotel, which added extra amenities to use. Alexandra was very helpful with his local recommendations, and smooth check in. Thank you

Great location: view of the sea and tropical forest, Patong is only 5 minutes by taxi, but the house is on a hill so there is almost no noise. Beautiful terrace and interior. Among the disadvantages: there are old stains on the sofa and some upholstery. The TV in the living room is really too complicated and not very convenient.

Gary's place was amazing. Right in the heart of Bangla but tucked away at the back so there is no noise. Two TV's with all the streaming services available. Gary was more than happy to pop down and show us the ropes. Will be back when visiting Patong for sure
