Vacation rentals with a patio in Katerini

Thessaloniki is an amazing city. Among its many assets in the waterfront where everyone is having fun in the evening. This appt is literally 2 mins on foot from all that, but also close enough to the city centre with its magnificent churches and museums. Perfect place, equipped to a ver high standard, for your city break.

We had a great stay. the Apartment was even better than shown in the pictures. Absolutely worth the price.

Great location .2 min to buses, 4 min to the waterfront, minutes from many tavernas , cafes , grocery stores and half a block from a weekly farmers market! Clean, comfortable, great mattress, unending hot water, lots of dishes and appliances. Comfortable couch in the living room. Bathroom is a little small but we got used to it. Great new windows and doors with incredible sound proofing. Such a quiet apartment for city centre! Dimitri was responsive and checked in a few times to make sure we were happy with our stay. The balcony was sunny from sunrise to sunset, spacious and quiet.

Melina was a very kind and extrovert person. She was lovely and always in a good mood. I loved being her guest. The view was great, the flat was easy to use, we had everything we needed, so in summary it was worth it;))

The location was amazing! The view of the water and being in the heart of many restaurants, grocery stores and attractions was amazing. You can see Mount Olympus from the airbnb… so amazing! Check in/check out were easy and the host communicated quickly when we had questions!

The apartment was clean and well-maintained, just a 2-minute walk from the sea. We especially enjoyed the sea view from the balcony. The bedroom was quiet, perfect for a relaxing night's sleep. Would definitely recommend!

Anke and Evangelos are wonderful hosts. The apartment is as described in the listing, not to say much better. You feel right at home, everything is very bright and cozy. There are also insect screens on all the windows, which I thought was absolutely great. The pool not only invites you to splash around but also to linger, at the current temperatures it is pleasantly cool, the garden a small oasis. I'll be back next year as soon as the calendar is available. Thank you

Beautiful villa in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Overlooking the ocean with spectacular sunsets. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and further down a handful of excellent beach bars. Shirt 5 minute drive to Posidi town. Villa is so homely. Spacious and comfortable. Alfresco and backyard for entertaining and space for the kids. Vasiliki is a wonderful host, communicating clearly and proactively, helping when needed. We highly recommend this place.

Catherine is a very kind and helpful host!:) we loved to stay at her place. She gave us very good suggestions for places to visit and eat and was always worried about us having a good time in Chalkidiki. We went just 5 minutes to the beach, which was very calm and not overcrowded at all. We recommend staying at Catherines appartment! :)

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

A friendly host. He gave nice tips to do and where we could eat well. The house was spacious and has nice beds.

We booked last minute for a quick getaway. Manos was very responsive and made us feel right at home. He even added Christmas decorations and we felt so cozy! Quick walk to the centre of the village so great to pop out and come back with the family. Parking nearby and quick access to the surrounding areas. We'll definitely be back on next trip up north

Excellent accommodation choice. Clean, easily accessible space. It had everything we needed, which was also in the listed amenities. Comfort for sleeping, fully equipped kitchen, beautifully and tastefully decorated space. With Katerina, we had excellent communication for whatever we needed. It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. The famous bakery is just around the corner :) Even though there are cafes downstairs, it wasn’t noisy; the street was lively but not disturbing. I had a great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is perfect – very close to the city center, which made it easy to explore. The highlight was definitely the terrace – the view is absolutely amazing, especially in the morning and evening. The instructions on how to enter the apartment were very clear and easy to follow. Also, the host was super flexible with the check-in time, which we really appreciated since we arrived much earlier than expected. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

We - a family with 2 children - spent the last week of October there. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It is located on the top 2nd floor with a little view of the sea. Morning sun. The area is full of apartment buildings, so there is certainly a lot going on in the summer. The house is located in the second row and you are immediately on the beach. For us, it was more like a ghost town, as the shops, restaurants and bars were already closed. But we almost had the beach to ourselves. The landlords were very nice and helpful. Always on hand if you had any questions or needed anything!

Eleni's place was amazing, as always! This is my go-to AirBnb spot in Thessaloniki, I can't recommend it enough!

George's apartment was exactly as described. The location directly on the beach is perfect, the view from the terrace fantastic. George was responsive at all times and responded promptly. The flexible check-in with the lockbox worked well, which was very important because we arrived in the middle of the night. Our two children had their own bedroom with a bunk bed. The dining table is installed in the kitchen and needs to be pulled out. It worked well. The decor may not be the newest one, but it's all in good shape. We can recommend the apartment and also George as a landlord to everyone. Glad to come back!
