Vacation rentals with a patio in Katakolo

This airbnb was perfect for me and my boyfriend! We fell in love with the views and the kitty’s that walk around and come say hi. If I ever return to Zakynthos I will book this Airbnb again

We had a great stay! The hosts are super friendly and nice, the location and view (sunrise!) are perfect and the apartment is very nice and new. Check-in procedure and communication was very easy going and the apartment was cleaned every second day incl. fresh towels. Thank you very much!

Nice apartment! Worth it

A wonderfull place with everything you need for a perfect holiday. A perfect host, the welcome is so nice you feel right at home. The rooms are big with lots of closet space. On thing do not eat at the snack academy

We had a great stay. Our little boy loved the swings and games. The neighboring cafe is very convenient (closes between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m.) and the surroundings are very quiet. Super well located for the beach and visiting Olympia. We would highly recommend this listing.

We stayed in the apartment for a week and had a very good time. Both the host and his father Yiannis were extremely friendly and helpful! The various foods they left us for our stay were much appreciated (especially water and grapes!). The house was exactly as shown in the photos and the location is convenient for walking to all the services and points of interest in the area, in particular the nearby beach where sea turtles lay their eggs.

It was beautiful and heartwarming. The garden, the reception, the studio, the location near the beach. So beautiful everything. A big 10.

Despite being located in a very lively neighborhood at night, the apartment is not disturbed by noise given the sheltered position from the main street. The house is simply gorgeous. There is a garden in front of the veranda that makes everything even more pleasant. The host Dionisis is very friendly and kind. He brought us fresh bread more than once, as well as products from his garden. We were also allowed to postpone the checkout by a few hours, which is not a given. An experience we would gladly repeat. Highly recommended!

Amazing property! Loved the architecture and design of the place - tasteful decor. Enjoyed our stay here basking in the sun by the pool. Spacious rooms with lots of storage space - bathroom in each room was a huge bonus. Overall loved everything about the property and the host was very friendly and helpful.

The apartment at the (raised) ground floor was very spacious and clean, with all possible amenities. The bedrooms in particular were very large with comfortable beds. The building was surrounded by lawned garden and olive groves, offering privacy and relaxation. Greg even allowed us to use the stone-built barbecue as an extra treat. Very highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at the house! It’s perfectly located, super clean, very comfortable, and extremely well equipped, everything we needed was there. Spyros and Magdalini were incredibly helpful and kind, always available and full of great recommendations that made our trip even better. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back again! My boyfriend and I were on the island for the first time. The place was perfect. Quietly located but not sloping. We were warmly welcomed and got tips for our stay. No matter what you needed, Paganitos took care of it and was available around the clock. They were friendly, warm, and open. We also fell in love with the cats who visited us in the morning and evening and were hungry. Of course, we gave them food and water ;) We would definitely come back and recommend this accommodation to everyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and beautifully renovated—we immediately felt at home. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing. The villa managers and owner were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations and even assisted with bookings. They cleaned the pool, changed towels, and made the beds during our stay. We also received a lovely basket with snacks and fruit. Communication was quick and incredibly thoughtful, and they did everything to accommodate us, including offering early check-in. The only downside (at least during our stay) was some noise from the olive oil factory next door, due to trucks coming and going. It didn’t bother us much, but those looking for quiet should be aware. A car is definitely needed, as the location is remote, but it’s a great starting point for exploring the island. Overall, we highly recommend this place and truly appreciated the outstanding service.

Don't look any further - this place is wonderful! Peaceful, a beautiful view, a few minutes away by car from lovely village with tavernas and shops but also beautiful beaches, and a supermarket less than 1 minute away. Comfortable beds, everything you need and a fantastic porch with incredible views over the Mediterranean sea, adorable cats around. Antonios was so kind, helpful and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again and could not recommend it more!

The B&B is exactly like the pictures and very beautiful.The landlady was welcoming and friendly and also prepared wine and wreath, so lovely!The room is modern and sophisticated and full of surprises.There are many shops to eat at the door and a supermarket.Because it is outdoors, there will be more mosquitoes, and you need to be careful.

Apartment II is newly refurbished with obvious love to details and attention - it looks exactly like the pictures. It is located in an authentic area not far from the main road and therefore convenient to many surrounding destinations. Also the shared garden/patio and pool are welcoming (many amenities to entertain children) and accurately designed. Alex is a sweetheart: always available, proactive and receptive.happy to help always and to share his Island’s tips. His kindness helped me cope with my light sleep and the two lovely - although barking - dogs patrolling the residences from their kennel. Zakynthos is worth visiting and Alex is great at making anyone feel “an insider” to this Ionian gem.

The apartment is in the middle of the city, there is a lot to do and a 3-minute walk away is a very nice square with plenty of restaurants. The apartment has good air conditioning and good beds. We really enjoyed very much. Also there is a washing machine which is very nice. The balcony is very large and there is a nice table outside where you can sit with enough people.

Recently renovated apartment, very nice, located on the second floor of a 3-story building. Although sometimes noisy because of the street below, there is a spacious balcony for coffee in the morning. Alexandra and Fotis are very friendly and available to give suggestions on the most interesting places on the island. The private and indoor parking space is very useful. Great location, close to the port, bus station and main street of Zakynthos.

Great location conveniently located within walking distance of downtown. Property and amenities were as advertised, and apartment had a high-end feel. Very roomy bathroom and shower as well. Host was extremely responsive when a minor issue came up, which was solved immediately. Two things to be aware of: the spiral staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom and balcony was tight and may not be ideal for someone with limited mobility; and the mattresses were extremely firm. Overall, a great experience. Thanks very much!

The house was clean and exactly as it appears, the hostess was very helpful and willing to find us cruises to see the island. He let us stay longer as he had no reservation on the day we would leave so he made the schedule flexible. She had welcome coffees and breakfasts that were not included in the amenities, and she was willing to answer any questions we had. He also had shower gels and hair masks in both bathrooms. All I would like is for one of the three air conditioners to work a little better because it did not produce very cold air, however, we were covered by the two other air conditioners of the house

This place is the best deal in Zacharo! It is well above what one would expect to find in terms of its location and comfort level. The apartment is SQUEAKY clean. All appliances, furniture, decorative items, bedding, etc. look and feel brand-new. You can tell this home was built and decorated by loving hands; everything down to the smallest detail has been considered by the host. The house is fully equipped for everything one needs to have not just a good stay, but a super comfortable stay (just a couple of examples --> a very good washing machine and new air conditioning units in every room!). The kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything one would want to have. The fridge had some welcoming presents: juices, beers, ouzo, wine, cold water; we also had coffee in the pantry. The outside space is very cozy and has romantic lighting at night; it has a great view of the town's church and red roofs of neighboring houses. The condominiums face a nice green lawn (a rarity in Greece!) and a beautiful olive tree garden. The space is beautifully decorated with planted flowers. The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet and the house offers privacy despite being located very close to the center of Zacharo (5-minute walk to a great bakery and sweets shop Gourgoulis). The hosts are very friendly, warm, and kind. We had fun talking with the entire family. We will be glad to return to this home again and again, and encourage all of our friends and people looking at this listing to stay at Paul's place. P.S. There is also a covered garage space (not mentioned in the description); and the territory is gated at night.

You can't imagine a more beautiful accommodation. The two are enchanting, flexible, so hospitable, fulfill every wish and are always available. Thank you for the wonderful time on the enchanting island!!

Very large flat with private gated parking area. Very comfortable for our family. Amazing decks around the perimeter with laundry lines which made laundry a breeze. Great value.
