Vacation rentals with a patio in Katakolo

The apartment was very nice, just like on the pictures. You felt like home. The host was very friendly and always available. I highly recommend it to everyone!! PS: Nikos' best man :)

This is an architectural gem of a place, beautiful interiors combining traditional stone with contemporay interior design. The house manager Vaios was most helpful from the moment we arrived at the airport to explaining all the features and local area. The cleaning is excellent from the pool to inside and always smelt fresh, with clean towels and linen every two days. This is such a great place to chill, with a spectacular view of the Ionian across to the Peloponnese mainland. Xygia beach below has new sunbeds and was a quiet and relxing place for our morning swim. The Taverna above is just 50m from the apartment and serves fabulous food morning to night. The portions are huge and run by the lovliest, friendly family. The roads were surprisingly quiet and it is very easy to circumnavigate the island. We enjoyed Daphne beach in the marine park for a trip South but for us the North of the island was just perfect and unspoilt. We would highly recommend and hope to return some time soon.

We had a great stay! The hosts are super friendly and nice, the location and view (sunrise!) are perfect and the apartment is very nice and new. Check-in procedure and communication was very easy going and the apartment was cleaned every second day incl. fresh towels. Thank you very much!

We stayed for 6 nights and had a wonderful experience - Ivana and Dionisis were very kind and helpful. They gave us lots of recommendations and the check in process was easy. The view from the balcony is incredible! Even better than the photos. We ended up eating at the restaurant there most nights as the food and wine was so delicious. We would definitely come back!

A wonderfull place with everything you need for a perfect holiday. A perfect host, the welcome is so nice you feel right at home. The rooms are big with lots of closet space. On thing do not eat at the snack academy

We had a great stay. Our little boy loved the swings and games. The neighboring cafe is very convenient (closes between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m.) and the surroundings are very quiet. Super well located for the beach and visiting Olympia. We would highly recommend this listing.

We stayed in the apartment for a week and had a very good time. Both the host and his father Yiannis were extremely friendly and helpful! The various foods they left us for our stay were much appreciated (especially water and grapes!). The house was exactly as shown in the photos and the location is convenient for walking to all the services and points of interest in the area, in particular the nearby beach where sea turtles lay their eggs.

It was beautiful and heartwarming. The garden, the reception, the studio, the location near the beach. So beautiful everything. A big 10.

Despite being located in a very lively neighborhood at night, the apartment is not disturbed by noise given the sheltered position from the main street. The house is simply gorgeous. There is a garden in front of the veranda that makes everything even more pleasant. The host Dionisis is very friendly and kind. He brought us fresh bread more than once, as well as products from his garden. We were also allowed to postpone the checkout by a few hours, which is not a given. An experience we would gladly repeat. Highly recommended!

The apartment at the (raised) ground floor was very spacious and clean, with all possible amenities. The bedrooms in particular were very large with comfortable beds. The building was surrounded by lawned garden and olive groves, offering privacy and relaxation. Greg even allowed us to use the stone-built barbecue as an extra treat. Very highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at the house! It’s perfectly located, super clean, very comfortable, and extremely well equipped, everything we needed was there. Spyros and Magdalini were incredibly helpful and kind, always available and full of great recommendations that made our trip even better. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back again! Beautiful location in the northwest of Zakynthos. breathtaking view between the mountains towards the sea. several restaurants nearby and a very functional supermarket with fresh bread in the harbor. unforgettable experience. You need a car, because you are into the Mountains.

Don't look any further - this place is wonderful! Peaceful, a beautiful view, a few minutes away by car from lovely village with tavernas and shops but also beautiful beaches, and a supermarket less than 1 minute away. Comfortable beds, everything you need and a fantastic porch with incredible views over the Mediterranean sea, adorable cats around. Antonios was so kind, helpful and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again and could not recommend it more!

The B&B is exactly like the pictures and very beautiful.The landlady was welcoming and friendly and also prepared wine and wreath, so lovely!The room is modern and sophisticated and full of surprises.There are many shops to eat at the door and a supermarket.Because it is outdoors, there will be more mosquitoes, and you need to be careful.

The house in Agios Leon is fantastic! it is cosy and makes you feel welcome immediately! The view is stunning and to be in the village between the locals brings a special atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay enormously and will definitely return!

Apartment II is newly refurbished with obvious love to details and attention - it looks exactly like the pictures. It is located in an authentic area not far from the main road and therefore convenient to many surrounding destinations. Also the shared garden/patio and pool are welcoming (many amenities to entertain children) and accurately designed. Alex is a sweetheart: always available, proactive and receptive.happy to help always and to share his Island’s tips. His kindness helped me cope with my light sleep and the two lovely - although barking - dogs patrolling the residences from their kennel. Zakynthos is worth visiting and Alex is great at making anyone feel “an insider” to this Ionian gem.

Recently renovated apartment, very nice, located on the second floor of a 3-story building. Although sometimes noisy because of the street below, there is a spacious balcony for coffee in the morning. Alexandra and Fotis are very friendly and available to give suggestions on the most interesting places on the island. The private and indoor parking space is very useful. Great location, close to the port, bus station and main street of Zakynthos.

The apartment is in the middle of the city, there is a lot to do and a 3-minute walk away is a very nice square with plenty of restaurants. The apartment has good air conditioning and good beds. We really enjoyed very much. Also there is a washing machine which is very nice. The balcony is very large and there is a nice table outside where you can sit with enough people.

Great location conveniently located within walking distance of downtown. Property and amenities were as advertised, and apartment had a high-end feel. Very roomy bathroom and shower as well. Host was extremely responsive when a minor issue came up, which was solved immediately. Two things to be aware of: the spiral staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom and balcony was tight and may not be ideal for someone with limited mobility; and the mattresses were extremely firm. Overall, a great experience. Thanks very much!

The house was clean and exactly as it appears, the hostess was very helpful and willing to find us cruises to see the island. He let us stay longer as he had no reservation on the day we would leave so he made the schedule flexible. She had welcome coffees and breakfasts that were not included in the amenities, and she was willing to answer any questions we had. He also had shower gels and hair masks in both bathrooms. All I would like is for one of the three air conditioners to work a little better because it did not produce very cold air, however, we were covered by the two other air conditioners of the house

This place is the best deal in Zacharo! It is well above what one would expect to find in terms of its location and comfort level. The apartment is SQUEAKY clean. All appliances, furniture, decorative items, bedding, etc. look and feel brand-new. You can tell this home was built and decorated by loving hands; everything down to the smallest detail has been considered by the host. The house is fully equipped for everything one needs to have not just a good stay, but a super comfortable stay (just a couple of examples --> a very good washing machine and new air conditioning units in every room!). The kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything one would want to have. The fridge had some welcoming presents: juices, beers, ouzo, wine, cold water; we also had coffee in the pantry. The outside space is very cozy and has romantic lighting at night; it has a great view of the town's church and red roofs of neighboring houses. The condominiums face a nice green lawn (a rarity in Greece!) and a beautiful olive tree garden. The space is beautifully decorated with planted flowers. The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet and the house offers privacy despite being located very close to the center of Zacharo (5-minute walk to a great bakery and sweets shop Gourgoulis). The hosts are very friendly, warm, and kind. We had fun talking with the entire family. We will be glad to return to this home again and again, and encourage all of our friends and people looking at this listing to stay at Paul's place. P.S. There is also a covered garage space (not mentioned in the description); and the territory is gated at night.

The apartment is beautiful and spotless. It was absolutely perfect for a couple to come home to after a long day. we loved having 2 terraces to enjoy in the mornings and evenings. Also very convenient having a washing machine after a 3 week journey too! The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Very large flat with private gated parking area. Very comfortable for our family. Amazing decks around the perimeter with laundry lines which made laundry a breeze. Great value.
