The apartment was sensational and as described. Breathtaking views with an amazing host, who was full of lots of local knowledge and advice.

Super, worth to book again in my next visit to Phuket, I highly recommend

I took my first steps in Phuket, with this accommodation. In my opinion bike is necessary, to get the full Phuket experience - but location is good with near 7/11, Bank and beach area. Pool is a great add on - pro Tipp, experience it after you spent your time in town to cool off. Good to have security in front of doors, gives a sense of security. Many Russian folks around, but I heard thats common for Phuket anyway.

Excellent apartment with incredible views, we had a fantastic stay from start to finish. Rourke was responsive and helpful, and sorted the small issue with no hot water in the apartment quickly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be located relatively close to Patong but away from the crowds. Amazing!

It was a picturesque place to stay in for several nights in Karon, the apartment is nice, as in pictures. It was all clean, with a nice terrace and good hosts Serdar and Svetlana. Not far from Karon beach, only 10 minutes by foot. And you can find all necessary shops and restaurants around while walking. The welcome was great. But please pay attention that the electricity payment is not included in the price, with extra charge. The place is all new, it has its own pool exit, and you have a nice pull around the apartments, with fitness center. The air conditioning was great so you can stay and chill at home after the wet hot weather outside. Also has a smart TV and WiFi inside the apartment. I recommend this place to stay in while in Karon!

One of the best ROI place to live while in Karon. There are good walkable restaurants and 7-11s. The place was squeaky clean. I must appreciate the type of materials used. The tiles on the floor are very pleasant to walk on. The sofa is much better than it looks. The washroom is big and clean. The utensils are well put. Even there’s spices if one wants to use.

Host very friendly and helpful. In particular, the lady who made the handover. Cameras are available for your own safety. Unfortunately, also in the pool area. But on request and desire, the cameras were turned away from the pool area, which protected privacy. The neighboring house has a camera that can record something in the sitting area by the pool. Otherwise very satisfied. Host was also able to recommend a good rental for a car. However, the location is somewhat "outside." You'd need a car or a scooter. Grab/taxi is, of course, also an option. Thank you for everything.

It was a great experience from the check in date all the way tell we checked out. The place was clean and reflected what was described in the App. Alexandre was super helpful even he extended his support and help to retrieve my handbag which I left it in the Taxi. It’s always great to have a good home and a great host.

Great peaceful place to stay with a vert friendly host, you can rent a bike as well for a very cheap price.

A dream stay from start to finish! Our time in this beautiful villa was truly unforgettable. The villa itself was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, with a lovely private pool that we enjoyed every day. As a cherry on top, we even got a motorcycle – ideal for exploring the area! What made this stay really special was the personal attention of our host, Tanya. She was very friendly, clear in her communication and really thought along with us. Because we were traveling with our baby, she had even provided a tub so we could shower him easily – so thoughtful! Thanks to Tanya, we felt immediately at ease and were able to fully enjoy our vacation. We'd love to come back here without a doubt. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay in Phuket. The house is really close to the beach and it's a quiet area. Ross was also quite helpful and very responsive. The only negative point was the mosquitoes, thankfully there was some products at the villa to help with that. Thanks for having us!

Phuket is amazing! We loved our stay at this beautiful beachside villa. There are restaurants all along the road, massage parlor next door, and moped rentals across the street. The villa itself was very clean and well-maintained (the AC saved us from the crazy heat). We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it!

So, Usually photos posted up by hosts of a condo are not always the same when you arrive. In this case the photos did not do any justice, just wow !! an amazing stay and perfect last stop before I hit the road back home. I stayed almost 11 nights at this place and really liked it. It is a bit on a "hill" at the north of patong and therefore quieter than as if you would stay at the center of patong, but you can reach everything well either by walking or with the motorbike (try to get an international driving license before coming to Phuket). The stay was clean and as described, the check-in was easy. I really liked the infinity pool which was often very empty due to the time i stayed (low-season, end of may). The apartment had everything you needed for the house-hold and cooking etc. I had some issues at the beginning with some noise in the bedroom (probably coming from apartments closeby who put some gadgets close to the bedroom) and texted with Georgi (one of the Airbnb Hosts). He answered quickly and wanted to look at it after my stay. He is very good at communicating and very friendly + fast. For the discomfort in the beginning he also gave me a free massage coupon.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location is perfect, with both Kata and Karon beaches within walking distance. Chonnacha is truly incredible such a kind person. And Jep was equally caring and beyond professional. The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.

The unit was awesome, all the items in the unit was branded and new sets such as big Smasung Smart TV and big HITACHI refrigerator. The storage compartments also neat and comfortable to use. This unit has microwave, washing machine and also the cutleries and some basic ingredients provided in the kitchen. Overall, it was a perfect and will come again in future.

This place was far beyond our expectations with a view of the magnificent ones from both inside and outside. The space is spacious and the decor is soothing. The hostess is very responsive and the driver (Mr Big) is very friendly. We were picked up from the airport and when we arrived refreshments were waiting for us. What a beautiful intention <3. We can't wait to go back.
