This 2-story building is about 9km from Fukuoka Airport and 7km from Hakata Station. Located within a 10-minute walk from Meijima Station on the Nishitetsu Suetsugu Line. However, in the room, the sound of freight trains passing by can occasionally be heard late at night. May not be suitable for guests who are quite sensitive to sound. For public transportation, transfer once from Hakata Station and Tenjin Station. If you drive, you can reach it in about 15 minutes if there is no traffic jam. The house is opposite the Doiragawa River, and you can take a short walk to see the sea view. The wide view of the river and sea is breathtaking. This spacious single-family home can accommodate 2 to 8 people and is suitable for family travel. Convenience stores, restaurants and supermarkets are all within walking distance, and are also suitable for medium and long-term stays. The ground floor has a living room, a room, a dining area, a toilet and a bathroom. The second floor has three bedrooms with beds and a bathroom. The first floor and the room have two tatami beds, the second floor bed can sleep 6 people, and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Our facility [Sangakuin] is a house that is like a hideaway, quietly nestled in a residential neighborhood. It has a Japanese-style room with tatami mats and a small Japanese garden, and you can enjoy the first floor of a house that feels like a peaceful Japanese life. We provide a stroller so that you can spend time with peace of mind even with small children. We also have bicycles available for free and a Nintendo Switch that you can enjoy indoors. There are local restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance where you can experience real Fukuoka life, so please enjoy cycling and walking. LaLaport Fukuoka is also recommended. - In front of the station & double access 2-minute walk to the nearest JR Sasabaru Station! 2 stations from Hakata station, 7 minutes by train. Nishitetsu Ijiri Station is also a 7-minute walk away. The facility is not centrally located, but you can easily access Hakata and Tenjin by train. • There is a free parking lot (2 cars can be parked in a row), but the front road and width are narrow, so if you are not good at parking a large car such as a family car, please use the coin-operated parking lot in the neighborhood. (24.9 ㎡) There is a 1K style double bed and a sofa bed that can be used as a bed. It is fully equipped with furniture and appliances, and it is also recommended for long-term use. There are also several convenience stores within a 2-minute walk. The supermarket is also a 3-minute walk from Mina Tenjin. Hakata Ramen ShinShin Tenjin Honten is also a 2-minute walk.
