The toilet, bathroom, and washroom are separate.There are plenty of amenity goods.The TV on the first floor is Google TV.Please check your ID in the settings and enter the numeric password.You can watch Netflix and other services if you have a password. There is a fully automatic washing machine.The bathroom can be used as a drying room. There is one air conditioner on each floor, but it is designed for a 28-tatami mat room and can cool all floors.Please circulate the air with a fan. In winter, you can use the gas fan heater, air conditioner and humidifier with fan heater. Most Saturdays are fully booked at least three months in advance.If you're considering a long-term reservation, please book the room at least 4 months in advance. Our facility [Sangakuin] is a house that is like a hideaway, quietly nestled in a residential neighborhood. It has a Japanese-style room with tatami mats and a small Japanese garden, and you can enjoy the first floor of a house that feels like a peaceful Japanese life. We provide a stroller so that you can spend time with peace of mind even with small children. We also have bicycles available for free and a Nintendo Switch that you can enjoy indoors. There are local restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance where you can experience real Fukuoka life, so please enjoy cycling and walking. LaLaport Fukuoka is also recommended. - In front of the station & double access 2-minute walk to the nearest JR Sasabaru Station! 2 stations from Hakata station, 7 minutes by train. Nishitetsu Ijiri Station is also a 7-minute walk away. The facility is not centrally located, but you can easily access Hakata and Tenjin by train. • There is a free parking lot (2 cars can be parked in a row), but the front road and width are narrow, so if you are not good at parking a large car such as a family car, please use the coin-operated parking lot in the neighborhood. This is a renovated 150-year-old house. Located in the mountains at an altitude of about 400 meters in the middle of Mt. Iwara in Itoshima City, Fukuoka Prefecture, you can enjoy beautiful views in every season. The fresh air and water, the location, and the spacious space are very popular! Wake up in the morning to the sound of wild birds, the babbling of the river, and sweet, delicious water. Check-in is available from 1 pm so you can enjoy your stay. Company meetings, workshops, yoga classes, tea parties, mountain climbing (Ibarayama, Raizanyama), camping, etc. with friends and family. We have a variety of ideas for our customers.
