Vacation rentals in Kaštelir-Labinci

Unser Aufenthalt war spitze. Wir waren insgesamt 7 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder in Ninas Ferienhaus. Das hat super gepasst, die Zimmeraufteilung ist wirklich perfekt. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem wunderschönen ruhigen Ort namens Rosini. Direkt gegenüber ist ein öffentlicher Parkplatz, weshalb man problemlos mit mehr als zwei Autos anreisen kann. Ein Spielplatz und Fußball/Basketballplatz ist auch keine 100m weit und eine tolle Beschäftigung für die Kinder. Das Ferienhaus ist sauber und toll eingerichtet. Vor Ort gibt es nahezu alles an Ausstattung (Waschmaschine, Herd, Staubsauger, usw.) Der Pool war unser absolutes Highlight. Die Gastgeber/innen sind super lieb und sorgen für einen tollen Aufenthalt. Beim kleinsten Problem ist der Kontakt direkt hergestellt und jemand vor Ort. Wir haben im Vorfeld tolle Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Städte, Strände, etc. bekommen. Wir waren absolut begeistert! Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sicherlich nochmal wieder!!

Wir waren 12 Personen aus verschiedenen Familien und verschiedenen Alters, alle haben ein Zimmer und ein Bad gefunden. Alles war blitzsauber und super praktisch. Vom Sandwichtoaster, über Klimaanlage und Wäscheständer war alles da. In der Umgebung kann man Porec, Novigrad und Vrsar besuchen und braucht auch nicht lange dorthin. Wir waren auch am Kap und in Pula. Nett war, dass wir einen Nachbarshund und zwei Nachbarskatzen hatten, die uns immer draußen begrüßt haben. Mirjana war sehr nett als Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leuk appartement met groot zonnig balkon met zeezicht! Niet heel groot maar voldoende ruim voor 4 personen en voorzien van airco! Inrichting is basic maar netjes en schoon. Heerlijk zwembad met ligstoelen. Je kunt gebruik maken van de buitengril in het gezamenlijke gedeelte voor een gezellige bbq. Prive, overdekte parkeerplaats. Rustige ligging in leuk dorpje buiten Porec met een aantal restaurants, bakker en mini supermarkt op loopafstand. Centraal gelegen voor veel uitstapjes. Aardige en behulpzame eigenaren. Zij wonen zelf ook in het complex en zijn goed en snel bereikbaar voor vragen.

This is a perfect holiday resort for families located secluded and undisturbed in a small cozy village. In addition to the main floor, there is also a separate apartment in the basement which makes this perfect for 2 families to share. The house was tidy, clean and nicely furnished. It had all the appliances and equipment you will need. In the nice weather, we still spent almost all of our time outside in the fantastic outdoor room, which had an outdoor kitchen with a large dining area and a gas bbq plate. Both hot tub and swimming pool were clean and were professionally maintained. Marina was the world's nicest host and contributed to a wonderful stay.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad bij Marino en zijn familie. Het appartement is op de 2e verdieping, zeer ruim en enorm schoon. Marino en zijn vrouw zijn zeer hartelijk en doen alles om het naar onze zin te maken, maar zijn niet opdringerig, gewoon heel sympathiek. Het zwembad deel je met het gezin op de begaande grond. De omgeving is rustig, je bent redelijk snel bij grotere stadjes in de buurt. Nog niet eerder zijn wij bij een AirBnb verblijf zo in de watten gelegd.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Oleander. Das Haus ist hübsch eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Pool direkt neben dem Haus bereitete uns ebenfalls viel Freude. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber nicht einsam. Bei Fragen bekamen wir immer schnell und unkompliziert Antworten.

Vilma welcomed us with her warm hospitality and showed us the lovely home. Everything inside and outside the home is in pristine condition, extremely clean. The garden is spacious yet also private, nicely manicured, and colorful. The home was exactly as shown in the photos and suited us well as a family of four. We were the first guests of the season and arrived before the weather was warm, so it was chilly inside, though the description was clear that there was no heating inside. Vilma showed us how we could warm up the bedrooms with the air conditioner units which was helpful. We loved the area and were able to take day trips in every direction from there. The nearby pizzeria was great as well as an agriturismo restaurant, and the Baredine cave was well worth a visit. Our kids swam in the pool, even though it wasn’t warm yet. Great property, lovely, heartfelt hosts. Definitely recommendable!
