We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday. There is nothing that could have been better. Anyone who just wants to switch off for a few days and relax without being disturbed, Simone's house is highly recommended. Rosi is great and flexible, the property is a dream, the pool always clean and you have everything you need nearby.

I was very satisfied. The space was clean and nice. The area was very quiet. The host very nice.!

This is an excellent place to stay as a home base for your Istrian adventures - Porec is only 15 minutes away, Pula and Rovinj are only 45 minutes by car. We really liked the backyard garden with lounging chairs and an outdoor BBQ kitchen. Two bathrooms are handy for the whole family. Take advantage of the Butiga store right next door to get fresh bread in the morning - it will blow you away! And you can purchase some local goods like olive oil from the hosts.

We had a very nice, quiet vacation with an extremely well-equipped apartment, very nice terrace and pool for our family with pets. It was exactly what we were looking for for a quiet, relaxing vacation "away from the hustle and bustle." We'd love to come back again and again as a vacation in Istria.

A spacious house with all you need for a relaxing holiday. The pool area is very nice and a lovely garden with evening sun. The deck overlooking the sea was just perfect.

We were 2 families and felt super comfortable! The pool is great, also the possibility to go shopping without a car is great! I think the house is nicer than in the photos. Everything really thought out with enough shade for the hot time.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The amenities were excellent and made our stay really special. Especially the pool was a highlight – perfect for cooling off on warm days. There were also numerous entertainment options such as billiards and table tennis, which we had a lot of fun. The place was clean and well maintained, and the host was always friendly and helpful. The location was also ideal, quiet and relaxed, but still easily accessible. All in all, I highly recommend this place and would love to come back anytime!

We had a very nice holiday in Martin's house. We would like to thank him for his hospitality. The house was super tidy, provided with everything you need to spend a nice holiday. We especially enjoyed the nice big pool, the BBQ, and the fine evenings on the patio. Martin is really a super host! does everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible, responds very quickly to all your questions and is proactive. thank you Martin and see you soon in beautiful Istria! 5 stars of us!

Very nice and very clean house. Top equipped with everything you need in the kitchen or otherwise in the Home needs . Large pool and a perfect garden with grill corner. From the upper balcony you have sea views. The location is very quietly located in a small village where you can find supermarkets and restaurants near 3 km. About 7 km away is the beautiful old town of Porec with many bars,restaurants and shops right on the sea. We were there with 4 adults and three children and had a lot of space for everyone. Also the hosts were very nice and communicative. Great vacation there we weren't there the last time thanks !!!

This is a beautiful area of Istria, the sea is clean, the people are friendy. The place is beautiful, our host thought of everything. The neighbors were kind and helpful, and the view is amazing. If you arrive with a car it is very convenient to go to the nearby towns for exclusive dinners or shopping, but the local restaurant (Intrade) had an exceptional chef and server as well. Try the wine of the house there, and the steak!

It was a very nice villa, everything was very clean, located in a nice, quiet area! Would definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful vacation, the house looks the same as in the photos. The garden and the pool were glorious, perfect also for traveling with a dog. In addition, you can reach Porec or the beach within 10 minutes by car. And the landlady is super nice and speaks German. We will be happy to come back. ☺️

Had a wonderful stay. Dino and Mirjana are incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive and make sure everything is well arranged during your stay. The apartment is well maintained and is spacious, neat and clean. We had a private roof terrace with sunbeds in the upper apartment and downstairs is a lovely (also well maintained) swimming pool with sunbeds which you share with maximum the other apartment. Nice villages, towns and restaurants within car distance. We definitely recommend this place and would like to come back again.

The stay at the white villa turned out to be to our liking. The villa is large, very spacious, clean and well cared for in the decor. There's nothing missing. The swimming pool is definitely an added value to the house: large and clean. Iris was very courteous, quick to respond to emails/texts. One morning we had a problem with the light due to a storm, but the problem was immediately resolved. I would absolutely recommend this house; my group of friends and I had a really good time.

The contact with Iris had been very good and clear from the beginning. She gave us a good feeling right at the beginning of the communication. I highly recommend this contact including the property. Thanks

Super place, we felt very comfortable!

We spent a little over a week in this beautiful house! The house was very clean and well maintained. Of course, the highlight was the pool that saved us while we had temperatures to up to 36 degrees! All rooms are air conditioned. The beeds were super comfy and the house is settled in a very quiet and silent surrounding with a planted garden that is invisible to neighbors. If you are looking for a home where you can totally relax then this might be perfect for you. The kitchen was well equipped and we found everything we needed – we appreciated a dish washer and a washing machine. A special mention needs to got to Anamaria: whenever we had a question she responded within a short time and was very helpful in all kind of matters: As my kids forgot their Nintendo Switch she did everything to send it back to us. This makes her very reliable and honest – nothing you can take for granted. This won´t be our last stay! Thanks for everything, your family Stillner
