Perfectly situated 2 bedroom apartment, you can walk to anything in 7 minutes in the old town. Quiet inside, modern appliances, beautiful flooring and decor, view of the sea from the terrace. Gelato 30 meters away, pizza and convenience store 50 meters and the best bakery in Croatia (Bread Point) 60 meters away. Responsive and kind host, great service.

Nice and clean apartment in a quiet area, just 5 min away from the beach and within walking distance of the village of Porec. Warm welcome and excellent communication with the host family. I recommend this apartment.

Perfect apartment, equipped with everything and in an extremely detailed way for a tourist. Perfect location for those who want to walk to the center of Porec in a few minutes, very convenient. Free parking not exactly under the house, but conveniently usable. Friendly and helpful hosts Highly recommended.

We had a lovely time at Josip's place, it was clean, well-stocked and close enough to walk to the beach. We also enjoyed having a quiet courtyard and use of an outdoor kitchen. Our hosts were readily available and helpful. A great experience!

We had a great month at Sinisa's place. The outside space was outstanding. Sinisa and the whole family were great. We fell in love with Mandy the cat and Oscar the dog was very friendly. Everything as described and we would recommend.

We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday. There is nothing that could have been better. Anyone who just wants to switch off for a few days and relax without being disturbed, Simone's house is highly recommended. Rosi is great and flexible, the property is a dream, the pool always clean and you have everything you need nearby.

the property was amazing with so much space and so many amenities. The hot tub and sauna made it feel like a spa getaway. The view was great and it was a peaceful oasis. The host was quick to respond to any inquiries and provide assistance or local suggestions.

A super nice house with great pool and beautiful garden. We were in regular contact with our point of contact. It was accessible throughout and always there for us immediately! There is a lot to explore in the area and also action for the children. Unfortunately, most of it can only be reached by car, but this is hardly significant compared to anything else. Because - Conclusion - here you feel welcome and like home! A great vacation!

The place has everything you need and more. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the location is quiet and just a 10-minute walk from the old city center. If you enjoy dining outdoors, there’s a table in front of the garden. We had no trouble parking or exiting with a wide car (Tesla Model Y).
