Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Alle Urlauber waren vollauf begeistert. Das Haus kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

The villa was very beautiful, spacious, and tidy. Entry was easy (key box). Every room was air-conditioned and clean. A few constructive comments and information: - According to the information provided, the pool is cleaned twice a week, but this did not happen, even though the many swallows and insects would have justified it. - If you're afraid of birds, I wouldn't recommend this place. - The Wi-Fi is not the most stable, but this was indicated beforehand and it wasn't a major issue. - Mosquito nets would greatly enhance comfort. The villa is highly recommended. It is in a peaceful location, yet close (15 minutes) to the sea and nearby towns and restaurants.

We spent a little over a week in this beautiful house! The house was very clean and well maintained. Of course, the highlight was the pool that saved us while we had temperatures to up to 36 degrees! All rooms are air conditioned. The beeds were super comfy and the house is settled in a very quiet and silent surrounding with a planted garden that is invisible to neighbors. If you are looking for a home where you can totally relax then this might be perfect for you. The kitchen was well equipped and we found everything we needed – we appreciated a dish washer and a washing machine. A special mention needs to got to Anamaria: whenever we had a question she responded within a short time and was very helpful in all kind of matters: As my kids forgot their Nintendo Switch she did everything to send it back to us. This makes her very reliable and honest – nothing you can take for granted. This won´t be our last stay! Thanks for everything, your family Stillner

The location of this place was a pleasant surprise. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is situated on a hill which opens a wonderful view to the valley and one can see the sea from the balcony of the second floor. It is especially nice in the evening when the nearest city is light. There is no noise, no traffic and not so much people around which can disturb you in this peaceful place. The pool is reasonably big to have a comfortable swim. Overall, the house is very convenient for the rest with the family or friends. Sincerely recommend this place!

Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet und perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub in einer Gruppe. Die Lage zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Strand und Stadt, ist hervorragend. Die Vermieter haben uns herzlich empfangen. Der Urlaub hat genau unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen. Gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Der Pool, der Whirlpool und die Sauna sind alle neu und in perfektem Zustand – ideal zum Entspannen. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet, extrem sauber und bietet einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super: Ein kleiner Supermarkt mit frischen Brötchen ist in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und es gibt mehrere Restaurants, die man abends zu Fuß erreichen kann. Alles in allem eine fantastische Unterkunft, die ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann!

Sehr schöne Villa mit großem Garten und Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war ebenfalls sehr gut. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet mit einer großen Sitzlounge und zusätzlich gibt es eine Auswahl an Ballsportarten für den Garten. Ideal für eine Gruppe von 6-8 Leuten.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Efa. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Erika who helped us with the check in and showed us everything within the villa. We even received wine, olive oil and a fruits basket as a welcome present. This villa has everything that a family needs (e.g. a wonderful pool and a well equipped kitchen) and is as beautiful as the photos show. Since it’s located in Višnjan, there isn’t much to do or see in the village and you have to travel to nearby cities.

Schönes Haus, welches exakt den angegebenen Bildern entspricht. Die Check-In und Check-Out Zeit konnte auf Nachfrage verschoben werden. Allgemein wurde uns von Seiten der Vermieterin sehr entgegengekommen. Sie ist sehr fürsorglich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist ideal für 6 Personen nutzbar. Bedenken sollte man bei dieser Immobilie jedoch, dass sich diese in einem kleinen Dorf befindet. Ein fahrbarer Untersatz ist zwingend erforderlich, um Freizeitaktivitäten wahrnehmen oder einkaufen zu können.

Fantastisch huis met prachtig zwembad met heerlijke relax stoelen en buiten zitje en eettafel onder een pergola. Bedden heel comfortabel. Twee mooie badkamers en een keuken met alles erop en eraan. De eigenaresse was aanwezig om ons welkom te heten en uitleg te geven. Heel fijn, zeer vriendelijk. Verder reageerde zij heel snel op vragen. Op loop afstand minder dan 10 min 3 fijne restaurants en supermarkt. Ook olijf- en wijnproeverijen op loop afstand. Mooie stadjes zoals Novigrad en Rovinj goed bereikbaar met de auto. Top week gehad, echt een aanrader!

Super Unterkunft, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Everything was as shown in the description and in the photos. We had a really nice stay with 12 persons.
