Family-friendly vacation rentals in Kaštelir

Lovely spacious apartment. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom. The large balcony with Hollywood swing and dining table is super. There were 3 covered parking spaces for our cars (We stayed there with 6 people and 3 cars). The host is friendly, helpful, quick to respond to messages, and also helps on site if there is a need. We got a G Maps list of recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Very helpful and nice. Only the induction stove takes some getting used to and unfortunately did not manage to bake the fries in the oven at the same time and to stock the meat in the pan on top of the stove top of the stove top. Unfortunately, Irena couldn't do anything here either and we had to wait until the device has cooled down again. A baking dish in the inventory would actually still be great 😉 Otherwise, good starting point for activities and excursions, supermarkets are even within walking distance, so you can get fresh rolls quickly in the morning.

Had a very very nice stay! The house was very neat when we arrived there and equipped with all the comforts. The host was also very friendly and always reachable if anything came up. Definitely recommended if you want to go to Pula.

It was such a beautiful setting to be among the vineyards and my son loved visiting the farms birds and jumping on the trampoline. The accommodations were beautiful and the hosts were so lovely very welcoming and gave excellent recommendations about the local sites. We had their wine and their farm fresh breakfast we highly recommend it ! We had a wonderful stay and hope to visit again one day.

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with a lot of love for detail. You can tell that it is not just an Airbnb house, but a lot of the owners' passion flows into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can highly recommend this property! Beautiful location, furnished with great style and clean. Excellent hospitality from Branko and his wife who immediately made us feel comfortable. Highly recommended stay for location, quality and price. We hope to return with a few warmer days to also take advantage of the pool

Very nice little studio. Very warm hosts with lots of good tips. Good location. Gladly come back. Above all, the bicycles were practical, with which you were quickly in the center.

We have stayed with Jasna & Vlado for the 3rd time and feel very comfortable in Dajla. Meee is a 4-minute walk, Konoba with delicious food even closer. Bakery is also within walking distance. Jasna and Vlado can be contacted at any time and they are always friendly.

Daniel’s place is in the most photo-genic street of Rovinj and his place still stands out. The outside carries into the inside; what a cosy place! Location is perfect! In the middle of the old centre, many wonderful restaurants and bars nearby. We’d advise: vino vigneto winebar, twinfigs for dinner and trevisol for breakfast. All within 5 minutes. Only downside is that there is no parking nearby. You need to go up quite a few steps with your luggage.

Neven’s home was wonderful! It was beautifully rustic but with modern amenities and decor. The property itself was stunning and picturesque. Neven was very helpful during check in and check out.

The apartment was very clean and ideally located: In just 5 minutes on foot you can reach numerous restaurants, cafes and bars. Lada as a hostess was simply great – helpful, friendly and always available for questions. We can 100% recommend this place!

The house is very nice. Everything you need is there. Very clean and even nicer than in the pictures. The garden and the pool were fantastic. We felt very comfortable.

We had a really nice time at the Old Mulberry House! The house was very clean and tidy and the pool was perfect in warm weather. The location was great for our stay. A little quieter and secluded, but all places and shopping were within easy reach. Tomi was very friendly, always responded quickly to our questions and recommended some nice restaurants and places. We would book the house again at any time and highly recommend it!

We stayed here for one week with our 3 kids. The place is beautiful, very quiet yet close to Koper, a animated city (about 10 min by car). It's a good spot to start a trip to one of several beaches (20-30 min), famous caves (30-40 min) or Ljubljana (1h drive) or even hiking in the Triglav area (2h drive). The house itself is very nice, clean and offers everything you need. The kids especially loved the big pool which they could access whenever they wanted. Andreja is very kind and helpful and gave us a lot of great Tips. Thank you very much!

We stayed at Villa Aromatica for 1 week and it was fantastic. Bernard and his parents are wonderful hosts and even prepared us a wonderful meal on our last evening with local wine. The Villa is 5 star with very comfortable beds and top quality facilities. The pool and outdoor kitchen are excellent. As a family we like to experience local culture and everyday we did day trips, never driving more than 1 hour. We actually had breakfast in Croatia, lunch in Slovenia and our evening meal in Italy one day. The scenary is breathtaking and the history is unrivaled. Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Motovun, Piran in Slovenia and Trieste in Italy were some of the places we visited. I would recommend Villa Aromatica anytime of year as it offers so much whatever the season.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

Ivan is a great host, very friendly and welcoming. The house is just like in pictures, very nice, the place is peaceful and private. Ideal for families with kids, they also have children playground and pool, and a lot outdoor space for little explorers. We have had a wonderful time at Ivans place, would recommend it.

We were able to book the accommodation with Silvana at very short notice and everything went extremely smoothly. The contact on site with Sandro was super friendly and always super fast. We loved the tranquility, the large pool, fenced garden with our dogs. The only downside is the distance (about 20/25 minutes) to the sea. We definitely recommend the place:)

We really enjoyed our stay! We were looking for a quiet and private accommodation where you can just relax, without noise and very secluded. We found exactly what we were looking for! The surrounding fields and country roads were very beautiful and quiet. The bathroom was clean, the house itself was rather dark, but also clean. The host responded extremely quickly to all messages. The instructions to get to the house and check in were awesome, everything was very well explained! Thank you so much for a lovely stay, would love to stay again!
