Everything is nearby: the first beach takes 5mins by foot, morning coffee in cool cafe bars is right there, supermarket, restaurant and even healthy food shop in the same street! Park for recreation, sport, walk or just enjoying some sun is 10mins away. The view from our apartment goes from hills to sea. It takes about 20 minutes to Split and 15 minutes to Trogir. Airport is 10mins driving from here. You have free parking, barbecue.

Our beautiful house is named Villa Roso. Villa is situated in the midle of town Kastela in one of seven beautiful village in Kastel Luksic. The house is very close to the centar. Only 5 min walk. Kastela has a long promenade. It is 10 km promenade near the sea with a lot of beaches, restaurants... Nightlife is characteristic for summer. Villa Roso is betwean two UNESCO towns, Trogir and Split. It is only 20 min by bus. Bus station is 10 min walk distance. We hope that you will enjoy !!!
