Cozy 3-person apartment, 4km from Slovenian border, 6 km from Kanegra Beach, 15 km from Piran, 40 km from Trieste. Located in a quiet suburban area, surrounded by a garden and olive grove. From the upper floor, you can see the blue waters of the Gulf of Piran stretching out toward the horizon. Bolara 60, the Cottage: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

The newly built and modernly furnished house is located in Kastel not far from the border of Slovenia/Croatia. The situation is ideal for a family vacation where they can have a nice time. The pool is available for their private use and there are two parking spaces available. The main street is far away so you don't have any noise. Beaches are a short time away. Many restaurants are in the area and a small market is also within walking distance.

Villa Linda is located in the village of Bibali, just 3 km from the city of Buje, and it can accommodate up to 6 people.
