Cozy 3-person apartment, 4km from Slovenian border, 6 km from Kanegra Beach, 15 km from Piran, 40 km from Trieste. Located in a quiet suburban area, surrounded by a garden and olive grove. From the upper floor, you can see the blue waters of the Gulf of Piran stretching out toward the horizon. Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
