it was a great choice to stay here. The location is perfect , the host is very friendly and helpful . The apartments highlight was a terrace with a beautiful view to have breakfast. You can walk literally everywhere from the apartment.

Very nice, lovingly designed apartment in a central location with everything you need. Katharina was very nice and flexible. Everything was super pleasant for us. Within walking distance, there was a really delicious ice cream parlor with really creative ice cream cups. In the evening, we sat at the Greek's in the garden or at the church festival. Very nice people everywhere we went. In between, enchanting half-timbered houses with creative gardens. The district seemed somehow very "loved" and wonderfully mixed. A good place to be!

we felt very welcome and immediately at home. Sylvie and Michael were very friendly and nice hosts and were always available for our questions. everything important was available, there was nothing missing. the apartment is comfortably furnished and offers plenty of space. we would have liked to have stayed longer, but unfortunately we had to travel further. We would book this apartment and its hosts again immediately.

The place was great! Very clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need. The location was quiet, but still well connected, perfect for a relaxing stay. Nice and isolated place, the only flaw is the parking not at the house but in an adjacent street. Having an adjacent parking lot would give it more value

Great apartment, close to the tram stop, loads of restaurants close by. Beautiful area with a stream running by the apartment, loved the sound of the water running by. Apartment was as it said, very comfortable and great communication with super easy check in.

We stayed three nights in the accommodation and found everything exactly as described. Centrally located, Kassel was the optimal option for us and easily accessible from all regions. Herfried and Henriette were super friendly and welcomed us and were available for questions. The place was perfect for 4 people, there was a great kicker and space to play board games! Thanks for the great time!

Great, cozy accommodation with a great location. The floorboards creak very romantically, the somewhat steep ladder invites caution at night. This is the case in an authentic, lovingly furnished real half-timbered house. I'd love to come back )

We are very satisfied with our visit to Ninja's apartment! It looked exactly like the pictures described. Check-in went smoothly. Ideal location, whether on foot or by public transport to discover Kassel. All in all, we felt very comfortable.

We have a weekend for four 2 adults., 2 children) in apartment. The apartment is really characterful and individually furnished. We felt very comfortable! Lara was always very easy to reach and responded promptly to inquiries. The location on Friedrich-Ebert-Straße is great: shopping, tram, cafes, everything within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay at Susann and Bert's, very friendly and welcoming people. There were nice and sweet attentions, such as cold drinks in the fridge and some fruit and sweets as a welcome, we felt very welcome partly because of that. The host pointed out that the high skylights are not equipped with a curtain or hatch, so it remained quite light, but there are eye masks available for the necessary bed rest. Even without eye masks we slept well, it was warm outside, around 30 degrees, but the mobile air conditioning was good, and the wonderful bed was very nice. It is a compact vacation home in an attic, where everything you need is there. Supermarket is very close, and the tram line to the city and to Wilhelms Hohe stops about 200 meters walk. Susann and Bert live in the house on the ground floor, and are therefore very accessible.

We were looking for a place to stay with a pool. In addition, Willingen is only about 30 minutes away by car. The pool was of course the highlight. The surroundings are nice and quiet. You have great views. Check-in and checkout also worked smoothly. 2 things we didn't like so much. The mattresses are very soft. The spine sags when lying down. This causes back pain. Free parking should be available on the premises. However, this is not available. We parked at the church, as we were told. The next day we had to stand between a garage exit and a property exit. Nevertheless, it is a great place to stay. The value for money is very good. Everything worked out great.

Terrific location in the heart of the old town. Quiet because the apartment faces across the valley away from the street. Spacious and well furnished. We stayed for a month - very comfortable!

We spent a wonderful few days in Thuringia over Pentecost and can absolutely recommend the accommodation! The apartment was beautifully decorated – modern, cozy and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. I was particularly enthusiastic about the in-house sauna – perfect for relaxing after a long hike through the fantastic nature of the surroundings. The location is also great: Quietly located, but everything is easily and quickly accessible by car – both beautiful hiking trails and shopping and excursion destinations in the region. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!
