Charming farmhouse in central Falkenberg. The feeling of staying in the countryside and still be 300 meters from Stortorget. Private patio with barbecue and parking in the yard. The cottage has two floors - the upper with three comfortable beds and the lower with a small kitchen and dining area, sofa, TV with basic channels and bathroom. Tea and coffee are provided in the cottage. Breakfast/breakfast bread can be found at the adjacent bakery. Wi-Fi Toilet and paper towels, dish detergent, soap and shampoo at your disposal. Despite the seclusion, it is only 2 km to the nearest golf course, 4 km to the sea and 10 km to central Halmstad and Tylösand. Haverdal Nature Reserve with Scandinavia's highest sand dune and beautiful hiking trails can be found on your way to the sea.

From the sauna there is a beautiful view of the den. Breakfast with local produce is picked up down at the farm. The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants.
