Karrebæksminde 10 year old summer cottage - panoramic sea view. 200 m to sandy beach 700 m to charming harbor environment, restaurants, fish restaurants, bakeries and other shopping opportunities. 500 meters to the forest. In the living room/kitchen there is heating/air conditioning, TV and wood-burning stove. Bathroom with shower. 1 bedroom with double bed, in addition a loft with 2 mattresses. In the secluded garden there is a small "summer" guest cottage with 2 staggered bunks. Outdoor shower, gas grill, Mexican oven. Terrace on all sides of the house.

All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Beautiful log house with 3 rooms/7 beds. Located on a large and secluded plot at the end of a closed road, only 900 meters from a beautiful beach. Kitchen and living room in open connection. Modern and relaxed decor and ceiling for the kitchen give a wonderful sense of space. Huge garden with several terraces, two of which are covered. The house is year-round and well-insulated with a nice indoor climate. The house is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. From the living room, there is a view of the garden and chickens (rooster crowing may occur!), and access to a paved small terrace, which may be used by you - in the summer season, there is garden furniture.
