New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Amazing 180˚ sea view, an hour's drive from Copenhagen. In the first row to Bøged Strand, lies this cozy cottage. Here you come back to grandma's cottage from 1971. From the terrace, you can enjoy the view of Bøgestrømmen. In the cottage there is fiber connection so you can surf/stream from the net. In the living room there is also a smaller TV. There's a trampoline and a campfire pit. There's a carport in the driveway. The price includes cleaning but excludes bed linen and towels.

Trænger du og din familie til et afbræk i den travle hverdag, så kan Stihøj være med til at give ro og fordybelse. Vi har 2 dejlige værelserog et køkken/alrum med nødvendigt køkkengrej. Vi kan desuden tilbyde morgenmad (85 kr)og evt. en smør selv madpakke (40 kr)til at tage med på tur. Vi glæder os til at byde dig/jer velkommen til Møn.

From the house, it is 200 meters to the public bathing pier and cozy Kalvehave Harbor with pleasure boats and summer atmosphere. Enjoy quiet mornings with sunrise over the water and lovely barbecue evenings on the large wooden terrace. The house is perfectly located for lots of nearby excursions, e.g. Møns Klint, the unique village of Nyord, cozy Stege or BonBon-land.
