A 15-minute walk to the grocery store and a 15-minute bus ride to the city center and the train station. The airport can be reached in 40 minutes.

The cottage was completely renovated in 2026 and has a fully equipped kitchen, a fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet, a small kitchen table and 2 chairs. Cast slab on the ground with underfloor heating. Enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. Ample Parking.

Small but cozy covered terrace with room for table and 2-3 chairs. Next to the terrace there is a shower and toilet. You have the cottage to yourself! Beach is located at Sandnäsudden (about 1 km). Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. You can experience the northern lights in the winter and midnight sun in the summer. High standard, outdoor furniture, fully equipped for self-catering, Wifi, smart TVs , dishwasher , washing machine.

Take a break and unwind in this charming apartment. The apartment is beautifully situated 10 km (6 miles) outside Luleå city center. In a calm area surrounded by meadows and forest. There are many nice walking trails, and in winter, nice snowmobile trails. The apartment has most of what you need. There is a 90-cm bed and a sofa bed with a 140-cm mattress. If needed, an extra mattress can be brought in. Cleaning is done by the host Bedlinen and towels are included.
