Access to sauna and fitness facilities on the property. Only a 5-minute walk to ski trails, the river, and the bus. A 15-minute walk to the grocery store and a 15-minute bus ride to the city center and the train station. The airport can be reached in 40 minutes.

The cottage was completely renovated in 2026 and has a fully equipped kitchen, a fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet, a small kitchen table and 2 chairs. Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

Lulea Guesthouse

Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. About 15 minutes from the center of Luleå, about 15 minutes from Luleå airport by car. The house works both summer and winter. You can experience the northern lights in the winter and midnight sun in the summer. High standard, outdoor furniture, fully equipped for self-catering, Wifi, smart TVs , dishwasher , washing machine.  

The outdoor house at Snöberget

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

Welcome to this cozy cottage located between Luleå & Boden. The cottage is 50 m2 and can accommodate 1-3 people. In the house, there is a double bed and an extra bed to use if necessary. There is a wood-fired sauna to use as well as an open fireplace. Bedlinen and towels are included. TV can be used by connecting a computer or phone. The bus stop is about 200 meters from the cottage.
