The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Underfloor heating throughout the apartment. Kitchenette with tableware, refrigerator (no freezer), microwave, air fryer and electric kettle. Parking right outside the door. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Cozy guest house separated from the main house with private entrance and outdoor terrace. Located in walking distance to the beach (5 min), restaurants (5 min), groceries (5 min), Waves shopping center (20 min) and train station (20 min). Copenhagen is only 20-25 min away by train. Free parking, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed (140x200), a sofabed is available in the living room, bathroom with heated floor, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, free wifi & smart TV .

Annex close to forest, beach, Kbh

The annex contains: 1 small bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. 1 living room with 1 large sofa, where 1-2 people can sleep. 1 small kitchenette with refrigerator, 2 hotplates and microwave. 1 very small toilet with shower. The annex needs to be repaired, so it doesn't look great, but it works, and we think it's nice to be out there. Our garden is "wild on purpose", but we haven't quite "tamed" it yet. (so it seems a little messy) We live in the house next door.

Large south-facing wooden terrace in a lovely enclosed garden, on 800 m2 of land. 10 minutes to Køge. And 45 to Copenhagen. 15 minutes to Stevens Klint. The house is not rented to families with children under 8 years.

New and stylish

Close to the beach 200 meters and smaller forest 700 meters, 1000 meters to the S-train and 2000 meters to the highway, most of Zealand can be reached within 1 hour by car, 25-30 minutes to Rådhuspladsen. Possibility to charge an electric car for a fee. If you want to change the check-in/check-out time, this can be arranged.

Danish island summerhouse – fjord view

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim.
