Stay close to the beach in the romantic fishing village of Kikhavn. The courtyard "Annex" is located in one of the city's old farms. From the door or the garden you can hear and smell the sea and at the beach you can enjoy the evening sun. Living room, kitchen and bathroom have underfloor heating. There is a cozy sofa and a well-equipped kitchen. Two rooms on the 1st floor with four beds and space for 2-3 extra beds. The area offers two harbors with art, cafes and shops, tennis and paddle courts, as well as surfing in Lynæs. Tothaven and Kik Forbi are within walking distance. Pets not allowed

In line with the landlord's home, this newly renovated apartment with its own entrance and private terrace, is in a scenic residential area. 2 large rooms with double beds, and the possibility of sleeping 2 people on the sofa bed in the living room. Toilet with shower and washing machine, and kitchen with everything including dishwasher. 150 meters walk to the beach, and 350 meters to a beautiful meadow and cozy forest. Shopping within walking distance, and 30 minutes drive to Copenhagen city center

Cozy and central apartment with its own outdoor area.

The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two and a dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bunk bed and access to the shared garden. From the bedroom, there is access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. NOTE! Please note that an additional fee is payable for adults number three and four. Children are always free.

Cottage close to beach and city

Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. Parking has space for several cars and a caravan. We want you to have a great vacation; if something is holding you back from booking, please write and we will respond quickly with what we can do.

Charming wooden cottage - a few meters from the sea and beach

"Havhuset" is a newly built wooden house in a great location, just a few meters from the sea and a really good sandy beach. The house is cozy and simply furnished and has a lovely light. It is located on a natural plot with direct access to the garden from all rooms. Outside you have free access to a huge terrace with gas grill, table and chairs, as well as garden. The sea house is a fantastic starting point, whether you want to have a beach holiday right by the sea or want to explore South Zealand.

Beach house - near to train to Copenhagen.

Lovely newer house very close to good child-friendly sandy beach, close to cafes and restaurants, harbor, big shopping center and only 10 minutes walk to Hundige station, with train every 10 min. It takes approx. 15 min. to Copenhagen C. There is private parking for 3 cars. There is plenty of space - both inside and out - and a lovely large terrace, with plenty of garden furniture and a weber gas grill. Are you fond sailing, there is a combined canoe / kayak that seats 2 people (see picture).

Cozy and comfortable apartment in a cultural neighborhood!

The house is in a quiet and culturally protected area in central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge, but costs SEK 2/hour around the clock. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple lives in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and two living rooms, one of which has a sofa bed. The yard is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.

Cycling distance to Roskilde

Cycling distance to Roskilde and Train to Copenhagen The apartment is located about 3.5 km from Roskilde, and you can cycle there in about 20 minutes via safe bike paths. From Roskilde Station, there are frequent trains to Copenhagen, which take about 30 minutes. Trains run at a frequency of 2-3 departures per hour and stop at central stations such as Hovedbanegården. You get a perfect combination of scenic surroundings and easy access to city life. Ideal for active commuters! 🚴‍♀️🚆

Egen trädgårdsdel där lummiga lövträd och Rydebäcken ger gräns till golfbanan. 500m åt väster finner du sandstranden som inbjuder till bad eller promenad. Vattenkvaliten är i toppklass med blå flagg som erkännande. Lägenheten på ca 50m2 är nyrenoverad och erbjuder kök / allrum, två sovrum, hall samt badrum. Den ligger i hörnet av en större tomt vilket skapar en avskildhet även utomhus. Vi erbjuder parkering på egen uppfart. Eget Wi-Fi samt TV med ChromeCast. Finns också radio.

Annex close to forest, beach, Kbh

The annex contains: 1 small bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. 1 living room with 1 large sofa, where 1-2 people can sleep. 1 small kitchenette with refrigerator, 2 hotplates and microwave. 1 very small toilet with shower. The annex needs to be repaired, so it doesn't look great, but it works, and we think it's nice to be out there. Our garden is "wild on purpose", but we haven't quite "tamed" it yet. (so it seems a little messy) We live in the house next door.
