Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. There is no water view from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, dish towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom some underfloor heating that is on when the power is cheap. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

Named Denmark's Lovely Summerhouse 2014

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the frame for a truly wonderful place. The house was named winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful Summerhouse at DR1 (2014). The well appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 meters to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. Year-round, you can bathe in the “Svenskerhull” ml. Roneklint and the small nice island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is made for beautiful walks – and bike rides.

Entire house close to beach and S-train

Rent our small cozy house of 110 sqm with garden and small older sunny southwest facing terrace. Two bedrooms, one very large (we call it the "suite" :) ) + one smaller, possibility of extra bed. Large bathroom from 2023 with two showers and sinks. Clever electric charger. The house is 5 min walking distance from the beach, 3 min walking distance from Karlslunde St - S-train to Copenhagen (25 min) + Køge (15 min). Unfortunately, due to allergies, pets are not welcome. Due to safety, the house is not suitable for smaller children.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home nestled in a beautiful rural setting, with views out over horse folds and fields. The apartment is suitable for 2 adults and possibly two children. There is a double bed, a sofa bed as well as an extra sofa in the apartment. The apartment is on the 1st floor. Kitchen and bath are on the ground floor. Shopping and the beach are 4 km away. Scenic walks are available right outside the door The apartment is located on a farm where there are horses, dogs, chickens, etc.

Annex close to forest, beach, Kbh

The annex contains: 1 small bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. 1 living room with 1 large sofa where you can sleep 1-2 people. 1 small kitchenette with fridge, 2 hot plates and microwave. 1 very small toilet where there is a shower. The annex should be set up so it doesn't look great, but it works, and we think it's nice to be out there. Our garden is “crazy on purpose”, but we haven't quite got it “tamed” yet. (so it seems a little messy) We live in the house next door.

Zimmer Frei, little house, 300 m to the beach.

Selvstændig bolig med 2 værelser, toilet/bad og mellemgang. Der er IKKE køkken, men der er - microovn - airfryer - trykkoger til te og kaffe - Nespresso maskine - køleskab - kulgrill - EL grill. 64 kvm, egen indgang, ugenert terrasse på 36 kvm hvor solen kan nydes. 2 x dobbeltseng 160 x 200. Nice House close to Beach and train to city centre

Hav en god tur i Danmark i denne rolige og stilfulde bolig. Huset ligger lige ved smuk strand, havn og stort indkøbscenter samt Tog eller egen bil til Københavns Centrum er 24 min. Møns klints Geo center 50 min. Roskilde domkirke 25 min. Hamlets slot 55 min. Kulturelle steder og underholdning er inden for kort afstand. Huset indeholder 3 gode soveværelser og stor stue med åben køkken samt 2 toiletter. Parkering til 2 biler ved indgangen.

Private annex close to beach and town

Simple and convenient accommodation at a reasonable price. In-law adjacent to the house, but with own entrance. 10 minutes walk to the beach and nearest S-train, and 22 minutes by train to Copenhagen. A room with a sofa bed (160 cm wide knocked out) and a TV with a kitchenette, dining table and small sofa bed (120 cm wide knocked out).
