Vacation rentals with a patio in Kargıcak

Great place as advertised. Great responsive host. Big apartment, private pool, walkable neighborhood. Beach access. The beach is rocky (as in big rock, not gravel) though, not very safe for children.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr schönen Komplex mit vielen Angeboten. Fußläufig ist alles erreichbar. Adem war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation einwandfrei. Uns hat etwas gestört das wir die check in und check out Zeiten genau angeben mussten, obwohl ein eigenständiger Check in angegeben wird. Dies schränkt in der Flexibilität sehr ein. Zukünftig muss etwas mehr auf die Sauberkeit geachtet werden ( zB Krümel im Backofen von anderen Gästen). Wir waren trotzdem sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, die Wohnung war super. Mustafa war sehr freundlich und hat uns Obst aus dem eigenen Garten geschenkt. Vielen lieben Dank!

Apartment is immaculate with everything you would need. I have found with other Airbnbs the kitchen ware is a little sparse but there was plenty of utensils etc so I was able to cook properly. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and there are two small markets next door for small essentials. From the balcony you can just about see the sea which was nice. The building was very quiet when I visited. Host was always responsive to messages and polite. I would definitely stay again 🙂

Yaman ist mit uns in Kontakt getreten, war hilfsbereit und erreichbar. Er wohnt mit seiner Familie im Erdgeschoss, die uns gastfreundlich empfangen hat. Der Hund und die drei Katzen des Hauses sind lieb und zutraulich. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, zum Strand sind es etwa 10 Minuten, Supermärkte gibt es gleich um die Ecke. Von der großzügigen Loggia der Dachgeschosswohng kann man bis zum Strand schauen. Wenn es mich mal wieder nach Avsallar verschlägt würde ich nochmal bei Yaman buchen

what a fabulous place. A hidden gem nestled in the beautiful hillside above the coast. Ibrahim is a lovely, friendly host who made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend and hope to return soon

An idyllic vacation place in Gazi Pasha We spent two weeks in August 23 at Ercan’s place and highly recommend it. LOCATION: although away from the seashore, the villa’s location is truly an asset. It stands on a hillside, offering a marvelous view of the sea and the town. The walk to the sea is a little more than a kilometer. FACILITIES and INTERIOR: The villa is part of a complex with its own swimming pool, with restricted access. So it is clean and quiet. HOST: Ercan met us to show the way to the villa, and it was very thoughtful of him, for one can easily get lost in the labyrinth of the mountainous winding roads. He also shared very useful tips as to the best places around GP and remained available throughout our stay. It is really nice to know there’s somebody whom you can ask if you need help.

Antique Hills is a very good and calm resort, would 10/10 recommend them a lot! The resort was beautiful and the staff is super nice. I would recommend

Bizim için olağanüstü bir deneyimdi çünkü daireler kayalıkların üzerindeki konumuyla tam anlamıyla denize sıfır bir konaklama imkanı sağlıyor ve biz manzaradan gerçekten çok büyülendik. Daire çok temizdi ve kullanışlıydı, konaklama için gerekli olan mutfak eşyaları düşünülmüştü. Ayriyeten havuzun büyüklüğü, denizin yanı başındaki konumu ve tuzlu su ile doldurulmuş olması olayı bildiğimiz havuzlardan çok daha üst standardlara taşımıştı. Bizi uğurlarken bahçede bulunan ağaçlardan taze avokado sunulması da ayrıca çok misafirperver bir davranıştı. Herkese bu özel deneyimi yürekten tavsiye ederiz.

Chak was incredibly gracious. He truly enjoys hosting people, he gave us so many recommendations. I ended up getting sick and he was so helpful and his concern and accommodation showed how much of a good person he truly is. The place was stunning, the views breathtaking and we cannot wait to come back. If you want to relax and be blown away by beauty, rent Chak’s place - you can thank me later!

Lovely apartment with a beach view and amazing pool! Marianna was very helpful and ready to assist if I needed anything. She made me feel very welcomed. I will definitely come back to this apartment and can warmly recommend Marianna’s apartment for people who want privacy in a beautiful setting.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location was incredibly peaceful and beautiful, with everything you could need just a short walk away. The host was exceptionally responsive, friendly, and respectful, making the experience even better. From the moment I arrived, this place felt like home. The walk to the sea took just 5-7 minutes, and there are great restaurants and supermarkets nearby. If I have the chance, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Rigtig fin bolig. Alt var som det skulle være. Rent og pænt. Ümit var nem at kommunikere med. Vi ankom sent og rejste igen midt om natten. Men ind og ud tjekning forløb uden problemer. Lejligheden ligger i et område med mange restauranter og indkøbsmuligheder lige i nærheden. Lejligheden ligger i gåafstand fra stranden og midtbyen. Poolen var en smule kold. Og hvis man gerne ville sidde på terrassen var der meget trafik støj. Men vi havde en dejlig ferie og vil helt sikker anbefale at leje hos Ümit. Vi kommer gerne igen.

La ubicación del departamento es muy buena. Teniamos 2 supermercados cerca de la casa y estábamos a 5 minutos camino a la playa. Todo muy limpio en la casa y el patio. La piscina la limpian todas las man̈anas y a los alrededores de la piscia tambien. Demet siempre estuvo ahi para guiarnos y nos ayudó en todo. Es una mujer muy simpatica y dispuesta a ayudar en lo que uno le pida. Eramos 3 adultos por 3 semanas y media en el departamento. A los 3 nos gustó la comodidad de la vivienda. El basar del miércoles y sábado muy buenos y todos los productos de buena calidad y muy frescos. Agradezco a nuestra anfitriona por su amistad, acompañarnos y mostrarnos muchos sitios turísticos de la ciudad. Gracias mil por su hospitalidad e invitaciones. From Maritza, Erck y Viktoria

Great location. A101 and taxi station are just next to the building. Many good restaurants like Pinot wine & dine are really close. 10 minutes to the beach. Internet was a bit slow - do not expect to watch movies or any other activities that require a high speed connection. Please notice the electricity/water payments, and deposit are not included in the apartment payment. Everything I needed was in a walking distance. I really liked the place and surrounding area. Highly recommended

Türker Bey in asistanı Ömer Bey ile iyi ki tanıştık, her konuda çok hızlı ve içten şekilde yardımcı oldu ve 5 kisilik tatilimiz inanılmaz guzel geçti kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik ve asla burayı terk etmek istemedik. Evin temizliği çok güzeldi her sey pırıl pırıldı. bir daha gelirsek kesinlikle bu evi tercih edeceğiz.
