Arriving in the summer we had the night check-in was really well communicated in advance, as well as other instructions like water, electricity, and internet. The apartment was clean and everything was ready for living. Shops, market, restaurants, and beach are really close.

This place was wonderful in every aspect. The unit was super clean, cozy, and everything was shining. It had everything that we needed. The location is also great, and is near to a lot of local stores, as well as the beach. Mr. Ismet is also very helpful and fast in his responses. We enjoyed our stay very much, and we made a memorable trip in Alanya. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. It is a brand new apartment in a brand new building really close to the beach and all the other main attractions in Alanya. We found the place as described and matched the photos. Talha is a really helpful host. The wifi worked well throughout our stay. Our unit was on the first floor so any noise from the outside (such as dog barking and people chatting at restaurant next door) could be heard at all hours. Otherwise and overall, we had a great stay and recommend this place.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were neat and clean, making it a comfortable experience throughout. The staff were friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to the local market. Overall, a great spot for both relaxation and easy access to everything you need. We had a lovely stay at this apartment. This is an apartment that matches the photos. The apartment is very close to the beach. (6-8 minute walk). Downhill to the beach, back uphill This is the best corner of Cleopatra beach. This was very important to us. Very nice surroundings. Occasionally for cooking. Everything was just fine. We were 6 adults. Value was right.

We enjoyed staying there. It has all the amenities - swimming pool, spa, gym. The apartment is quite small but cozy. It is in walkable distance to the sea, shopping mall and smaller stores. Thank you!

Yaman came into contact with us, was helpful and available. He lives with his family on the ground floor, who welcomed us hospitably. The dog and the three cats of the house are sweet and confiding. The place is quiet, the beach is about 10 minutes, supermarkets are right around the corner. From the spacious loggia of the attic apartment you can look all the way to the beach. If I were to go to Avsallar again, I would book with Yaman again

Very important in advance: the accommodation is only recommended if you have a car on site. It is quite high up and you have to drive 3-4 minutes to get up and down. Otherwise we were super satisfied. The house had a beautiful view and terrace. It's very quiet, but you can be anywhere you have to be in 5 minutes drive. Beach, supermarkets, etc. not far away. Since it is a bit difficult to find the property with navigation, we were welcomed by the host at a meeting point, who then drove up to show us the property. Everything was available and the pool was also cleaned several times. Furthermore, the hosts were very quick to respond to any questions and concerns. The language barrier was also not a problem as we simply communicated with Google translators. Everyone went out of their way and we had a great time!!

We were lucky to get a very last-minute booking (other booking fell through); Ferdi was helpful and everything was made easy. The spacious little townhouse is within a large hotel complex. We were very comfortable. The two balconies are in direct sun all morning. Electricity and water are charged for separately; for our three-night stay this was only a few pounds.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Ömer again for his excellent hosting. The house is perfect for getting away from the city and relaxing. Drinking my morning coffee by the sea, swimming in cool water in the evening was truly unforgettable. We came to Alanya only for Mr. Ömer's house and we realized again and again how right we were The house is clean, convenient and more beautiful than in the photos. All the basic needs were considered, we didn't feel anything was missing. The host was also very caring and helpful, the check-in and check-out process was very comfortable. Having its own private beach area and pool sets this house apart from the others. It's really different to enjoy a space that's all yours, away from the crowd. It was a simple but very pleasant holiday in touch with nature. There is access to the sea from the shore and watching the seabed during our holiday was our most enjoyable activity. The presence of fish nests offers an incredibly vibrant underwater. Don't forget to bring your goggles and snorkel before you go to your accommodation :)

Chak was incredibly gracious. He truly enjoys hosting people, he gave us so many recommendations. I ended up getting sick and he was so helpful and his concern and accommodation showed how much of a good person he truly is. The place was stunning, the views breathtaking and we cannot wait to come back. If you want to relax and be blown away by beauty, rent Chak’s place - you can thank me later!

Everything is great. There is everything you need in a house. Clean bedding and linens. Spacious balcony overlooking the sea and the pool. A super fast wifi at home. The sea is only 30 meters away. Very close to markets and restaurants. Transportation is very convenient. Airport transfer is excellent. I will be here again next time. Perfect for families. Thank you Mr Deep

Выбрав их, вы сделаете один самых верных решений в сове путешествии., Staying next to Birol and Gülsüm was a spontaneous decision that I didn't regret. It was truly gorgeous. I ended up with a great family that made my stay as comfortable and cozy as it could be. I felt like part of a family. I will remember our live conversations/breakfasts/evenings forever. And part of my heart stayed in beautiful Gülsüm and wonderful Birol. By choosing them, you'll be making one of the right decisions on your journey.

I would like to thank Mr. Türker for allowing flexible check-in and check-out. We met Mr. Türker's assistant, Mr. Ömer, and he helped us very quickly and sincerely in everything, and our holiday for 5 people was incredibly beautiful, we felt at home and never wanted to leave this place. The cleanliness of the house was very nice, everything was sparkling. If we come again, we will definitely choose this house.

This is the story of my great luck. And this experience is more expensive than money! The room is exactly better than in the photos. It was big and spacious. And I found a family. Not just the owners of the apartment, but the friends I came to for the vacation. After two days, I extended my stay for another 10 days! Incredible meal from host Gulsun! Incredible humor and attitude from host Birol! Very clean. Very good food. Ooooo good people. Left a link to all my friends who want to relax in Turkey 5 minutes from the sea. There are coffee shops and shops nearby. There is a hall and a swimming pool. I worked great these days and in the evening we communicated at dinner and laughed a lot. If I'm ever in Alanya, I would definitely stay here. I already miss you and look forward to visiting Tenerife!
