Svetlana's place is first class. The apartment is in a very secure complex and furnished to a very high standard. The Gym, Sauna and Pool facilities are excellent. Shops, restaurants and the sea promenade are all within convenient walking distance. I found Svetlana to be very helpful indeed. I highly recommend her property.

Three of us stayed in the apartment. The apartment is clean, has everything for a comfortable stay, Victoria is in touch 24/7, will help. The location of the apartment is great, on the ground floor there is a Starbucks, swimming pools, a hammam, a cinema, evening sessions for children and adults. The beach is equipped with sun loungers, everything is done at the highest level. I definitely recommend it, we will definitely come back !

Really beautiful apartment, nice located, close to the beach and restaurants without noise from the city. Beautiful views from balcony and all windows. 5th floor without elevator so if you have problem walking maybee this is not the best place for you. Anna- the assiatance for Tatiana is really sweet and helpfull, always responding and really carrying about you and your holiday. I will definitely come back to this place.

The place was great and the value for money is great! Unfortunately, loud music could often be heard from the hotel down on the beach in the evening, but we quickly got used to it. All in all, a great experience 🤗

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment. It was spacious, clean and it looked even better in real life. The location was superb - the beach just 2 min walk, Teleferik 5 min walk, Migros supermarket 5min walk, the main shopping street about 10 min walk, the Marina around 20 min walk and plenty of caffes/restaurants just on your doorstep...There is also a fish/fruit and vegetable market about 25 min away... The pool was a great extra, especially in the afternoon when it was shady. It was cleaned every day and there were always sunbeds available! I can't recommend Mat' s apartment enough! Just beware when booking excursions on the street - we have booked a jeep safari to Dimcayi river but instead we were given a mini bus. I would recommend a Sherlock Holmes company to book with (it is at the end of the street once you turn left from the apartment).

We booked this place for 7 nights, we found that the property was very nice and spacious, perfect for a couples holiday. The views from the balcony were the star of the show, we greatly enjoyed our morning coffee and evenings chats on the balcony overlooking the stunning views. The only let down was the garden, unfortunately it had not been maintained and we were looking forward to being able to use the BBQ grill, as advertised, however we were unable to. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend to anyone!

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Ömer again for his excellent hosting. The house is perfect for getting away from the city and relaxing. Drinking my morning coffee by the sea, swimming in cool water in the evening was truly unforgettable. We came to Alanya only for Mr. Ömer's house and we realized again and again how right we were The house is clean, convenient and more beautiful than in the photos. All the basic needs were considered, we didn't feel anything was missing. The host was also very caring and helpful, the check-in and check-out process was very comfortable. Having its own private beach area and pool sets this house apart from the others. It's really different to enjoy a space that's all yours, away from the crowd. It was a simple but very pleasant holiday in touch with nature. There is access to the sea from the shore and watching the seabed during our holiday was our most enjoyable activity. The presence of fish nests offers an incredibly vibrant underwater. Don't forget to bring your goggles and snorkel before you go to your accommodation :)

What to say, Stella's stay exceeded my expectations. Warm, bright, equipped apartment. Great location: several buses to the city. Several restaurants, cafes and supermarkets just on foot with good value for money. I would recommend Hatay Tadim restaurant and Café Citirim, excellent service and food. The two supermarkets are fine too. The beach next door is beautiful; you can see the sunset. You can see the sea from the balcony too. The couch is comfortable to sleep The outdoor pool only opens in May but there was an indoor pool and the seawater was in good shape even in April The road bothered me at the beginning (the noise from cars) but it's quickly forgotten There are so many things to do in the area, you don't have time to get bored There are even excursions that pick you up from the Airbnb Stella is kind, available, professional and helpful that's for sure, I'll come back to Stella's place

Clean Nice communication

Everything was nice and clean. Really good neighbourhood good restaurant and markets. Totally worth the money.

This is my second time staying in one of stellas offered apartments. And was very satisfied, it is very helpful and provided me with drinks again for my arrival. The location is indescribably, everything important can be reached within a minute. The facility is maintained daily. And polite neighbors included. I don't know what else I could add If it works, we'll be back for the summer!! Thanks for everything!!

We had a great time at the apartment. Very nice apartment with a very nice view. Easy check-in without any problems. Stella was very welcoming and helpful. In addition, a lovely pool area.

The area where the apartment is located is perfect. The city center with great shopping is easily accessible by bus (costs about €1) if you drive along the beach. From the balcony you can watch beautiful sunsets and the view of the sea and the mountains is beautiful. Supermarkets and restaurants, pharmacy and also taxi/transfer are very close. The most necessary things are included in the apartment. The hosts are nice, helpful and always available.

I would like to say thank you to the host. Very supportive, kind. Appreciate for clear instructions, waiting to our late check in, because some changes appeared. Host answered very quickly and gave a lot of recommendations: rent car, food shops, etc. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
