It’s not perfect, but it’s homey and full of stories. If you’re looking for a modern and super clean place, not here.

Nachází se v nezastavěné části obce, poblíž našeho domu, všude kolem jsou pastviny, takže žádná stříkaná pole. Na pastvinách stádo krav a ovcí a před vámi krásný výhled až na Šumavu. Pitná voda k dispozici. Dřevo na oheň je v ceně. Tadle maringotka je naše dřevěné srdce, které jsme sami zrekonstruovali. Je to prostě jiný, úžasný prostor

Rokycany leží také přímo u nájezdu na dálnici D5, po které se autem dostanete do Prahy za cca 50 minut a do Plzně za 15 minut. Přespat můžete na jednom dvojlůžku a jednom rozkládacím gauči. I had a lovely stay at this beautiful ranch home! The property is peaceful and scenic- perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The house itself is charming, tastefully decorated, and surrounded by nature, which made the entire experience feel calm and rejuvenating. It also had a incredibly well-equipped kitchen with everything I needed to cook comfortably, which I really appreciated. It felt like a home away from home. Alena was welcoming and made the entire process easy from start to finish. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, cozy escape in a picturesque setting

S ubytováním jsme byli moc spokojeni. Nachází se v klidné lokalitě, autem je to kousek do města. V ubytování jsme měli vše potřebné a hostitelka rychle reagovala, když bylo potřeb. Dostali jsme i místní doporučení na skvělé bistro Lívanec, kam jsme ráno zajeli a byli jsme maximálně spokojeni. Určitě bychom rádi přijeli znova. Moc doporučuji!👌🏼😍

Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern (6J und 3J) in dem Häuschen. Wir fanden das Grundstück super. Die Kinder konnten frei im Garten spielen und auch die Schaukel und die Rutsche Mitbenutzung. Das Haus was auch super ausreichen für uns 4. Der Aufgang hoch zu den Betten war nicht perfekt, da es eine Dachtreppe war und oben eben dann die offene Lucke. Wir haben dann Stühle vor die Lucke gestellt, dass die Kinder nicht runter fallen. Aber ansonsten war wirklich alles super und auch die Kids haben das ganz toll mit dem hoch und runter klettern gemacht. Die Vermieter waren super lieb und hilfsbereit. Als es an einem Abend kalt war haben wir auch direkt Holz für den Ofen bekommen. Wir empfehlen das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter und kommen bestimmt auch noch mal her 😁 Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub und den schönen Aufenthalt bei Euch. Tatjana

Geweldige locatie aan het wandelpad naar het bijzondere kasteel. Mooie natuur, wandelmogelijkheden etc. Het huis heeft een gezellige inrichting, groot comfortabel bed en in de keuken is alles te vinden wat je je maar wensen kunt. Goede duidelijk info bij aankomst van de host!

Ich hatte einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt, da Radana und Richard sind so gastfreundlich sind. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die kleine Farm mit den Tieren herrlich idyllisch. Ich habe hier super geschlafen, komme gerne wieder und empfehle es zu 100%.
