"Lotte", the big sister of "Liese" in the same house. Both in the picturesque arnis. The 2023 completely renovated maisonette was provided with a no-frills furnishings. On 90 square meters there is a spacious living and kitchen room with partially open roof truss, a (children's)bedroom, a bathroom and a guest toilet. In addition, a generous sleeping loft. Enjoy the tranquility and explore the beautiful Schleiregion by bike, foot or even by car. Within walking distance you can reach a small farmers market with rolls, eggs, cold cuts and cheese. Our extraordinary apartment is located in the heart of the small harbour town of Kappeln an der Schlei in a large, old townhouse, a former brewery in early times. It goes over two floors, so stairs have to be climbed. The charm of this large apartment is due, among other things, to the lovingly restored wooden floors on which woodworm and heavy beer barrels have left their traces.It is located in the quieter area of the pedestrian zone, 5 minutes walk from the port.
