The host is super duper nice, friendly, and responsive. Complete amenities. Complete kitchenware ranging from glasses, plates, bowls, spoons, to pots, rice cookers, kettles. Free snacks, instant noodles, sugar, tea etc. It's really comfortable to feel like you're in a star hotel. Strategic location. There is a place to hang out in front of the villa or in the side garden, for those who have kids, they will definitely be happy because there is a swing in the garden hehe. If I go to Batu, I'll definitely stay at the monochrome villa again. Thank you for the hospitality 😍🥰

The house was clean, we got everything we need inside. It's located in the city center and has lots of streetfood in surounding area. Parking was a little tricky due to the traffic, but everything else was good. Aisha was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Overall our stay there was great.

Alhamdulillah......The place is easy to reach, Check In is easy....The house is clean, no dust, there is a prayer room and prayer equipment is available, sheets...blankets and pillowcases are clean and fragrant, no mold smell at all, cold air conditioning, clean bathroom with plenty of clear water, complete cooking equipment, mineral water is also available.... brought a group for a dance competition in malang everyone felt satisfied and was able to rest comfortably. Thank you for being so responsive and trying to help with anything. I had a very spacious and comfortable stay so that I could use the entire first floor connected to the back. I chose to experience a private Indonesian house, so I took care of the things that were a little old.

A very comfortable place to stay. All the furniture is clean, the villa is also very clean. The equipment in the villa is complete, there is an iron, washing machine, water heater etc. all work well. overall this is the best 😍

The unit is neat, clean and modern. The view from the balcony is also beautiful because it immediately looks like the mountain. Host was responsive in replying to messages. Next may be able to add wifi amenities. Overall, Renjana is an okay place for choice to stay in Malang, it is strategically located and an apartment environment that provides various tenants for the choice of snacks.

impressive experience, all the instructions from the beginning to the end were very clear and helpful.. especially when there was trouble (wifi no internet) the host was very responsive and agile regarding trouble at this place. the rest is comfortable without any interruptions during the stay and will come back here if there is time another day!!

it's very good, the facilities are in accordance with the description, but maybe it can be improved the facilities to make it better, such as wifi (because there the network is very difficult), cutlery, etc. but overall it's okay, the place is very quiet and safe

Philippe and Ibu Lusi is amazing host. Kids friendly, warm and super helpful attitude with clear communication and understanding for family with children. We feel hommy during the stay, with beautiful views and nice furnitures and kitchen. Great value, easy access to plenty cafes/attractive places in Baru surroundings and fully recommended for small families/couples to stay.

It was a blast staying at Mbak Rere’s place. Mbak Rere as the host is very cooperative and fast response also could give a local food recommendations as well. The amenities, the locations, and the facilities are top-notch. In the lobby, you could find supermarket & express laundry. The better side is no water heater but you can use pot and stove in case you really need to take a bath with warm water☺️ The location is nice since located in Soekarno Hatta which you could find a lot of food destination and only 30mins to Batu :). Definitely a very recommended place to spent your holiday/staycation in Mbak Rere’s appartment!

The apartment is very clean, internet worked well. The host was always responsive and replying quickly. We had drinking water provided as well. Additionally there is a supermarket at the ground floor of the building. At the same time, there is usually long waiting time for the lift, apartament is very small and sometimes the neighbours behave loud during the quiet hours. Overall a nice stay though!

Good place for family

Amazing stay in the tech apartment, clean and comfortable. Nice atmosphere and full condominium for long or short stay. Very well located. We love it!
