Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Karaburun

Hello, first of all we would like to thank Burak and his father Mustafa for their warm hosting and professionalism. The villa was very clean and as in the photos the owners are concerned about our well-being. They even advised us on activities and finding good restaurants. I would highly recommend it. We didn't have any problems except for the occasional power outage. It has a very pleasant terrace and a spacious living room. Ideal for 3 couples or 6 people. Having a microphone and speaker for karaoke made our stay very enjoyable.

The location is 800 meters from the sea, there are markets on the beach and a bakery, etc. 3 km away, a quiet and peaceful house, I recommend it to everyone interested

Our brother Uğur greeted us at the first entrance to the house. We are a very understanding and friendly brother. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. The Airbnb house we stayed in Alaçatı was really great. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, they helped us with everything. The accommodation was clean, tidy and had all the amenities we needed. In terms of location, it was in the best place in Alaçatı; it was within walking distance to the bazaar, restaurants and cafes, we didn't even need a car. After this beautiful experience, we plan to stay in the same place on our next Alaçatı trip. We highly recommend it. Thank you Unda Homes :)

The house was well prepared. All needs have been taken into account. Everything I thought was missing was more than enough. The apartment is very old but the house is very authentically decorated. We had a great time for 2 days. The host was very helpful, thank you. I think I will choose it again. Those who will go by their own car can rest assured, the house is not on the street, but there is a parking lot nearby.

The apartment is very well decorated and free of clutter. Very welcoming and easy to relax in. The view of the ocean is amazing. There are restaurants, markets, cafes, shops, etc. right outside the front and back doors. Also public transportation that takes you straight to the downtown touristy area. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend if you're staying in Izmir.

Everything was perfect. Apartment has a beautiful view as seen on the pictures. Its not much of a problem but the building is always smells fuel oil.

Mrs. Ayşe and Mr. Yılmaz were warm and friendly while being serious about hosting. We stayed with my mom, my siblings and my cousin. We felt like we were at home. Everything that was necessary in a house was more than available. The pool, garden, balcony were very enjoyable. They gave us all a gift when we left. Thank you very much for your kindness. The host provided a very helpful check-in experience and answered and helped with many of our questions before check-in. The villa we stayed in was very good in terms of amenities and it was full. It was as if we could just grab our suitcase and come, they even thought of materials we didn't even think of (shower gel, beach towel, spices, Turkish coffee…). The pool and the interior of the house were clean, and the neighborhood was very decent. The only problem with the neighborhood was that the dog barking that started at night woke up our babies, but it wasn't loud enough to wake up the adults. We had a great holiday, thank you so much to Ms. Sonia.

As a crowded group, we chose a fun and calm vacation, we loved the fact that all the rooms downstairs were designed to open to the pool, the common areas are spacious enough, close to the migros, the place is a safe, calm street, we would like to thank Mr. Bulut, who answered our questions and helped us a lot with everything. Two families, two children, we had a very comfortable 3 days. It was almost like our own home:) the decoration of the house, fine details, the layout of the garden and flat feet, the fact that there was everything you might need in the kitchen (including muffin containers:)) Everything was great that it was so close to the center of Alaçatı, and the privacy of the side gardens and privacy were preserved with wonderful beautiful trees:) thank you.

It was a great place to stay for a trip with a big family. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Parking was convenient, and it was useful to have a separate toilet in each room. Many kinds of tableware were also useful. The small garden was also pretty and comfortable. The air conditioner in the living room on the first floor also works well.
