The house is located in Kösedere, an old village of Yörük before Karaburun. Kösedere is a hidden village located on a hillside 8 minutes away by car from the sea to protect from attacks from the sea in ancient times. You can taste local delicacies like pancake and pastries in cafes in this lovely square in this village where series shoots take place. Their people are extremely friendly and helpful. Boiling down the village resembles a small Wool harbour with its sea like glass.

Our house is on the famous Art Street of Urla. -There are many alternatives where you can spend time. -13 km to Altınköy and Demirciler beaches -5 km to Kum Denizi beach -40 km to Alaçatı and Çeşme beaches. -You can eat and drink by the beach, in nature, or in our unique venues and gourmet restaurants on our Art Street. -Also, if you like wine, you can taste and visit our wonderful wine houses on the Urla Vineyard Road. If you want to be aware of some things about life, this is the place. Our house has 1 king size double bed measuring 200 x 200, 1 single bed and a large sofa. The number of beds is increased with inflatable beds for extra people. Rabbits, cats and squirrels will accompany you during your stay.
