All the important amenities, from restaurants, coffee bars, shops, markets and beautiful beaches, are no more than 600 meters away from the property. The accommodation itself has a beautiful view. The apartment is located in a renovated traditional house just a few steps from the sea (5m) and about 100-150 m from the city center where you will find shops, restaurants, pharmacies and more. Guests have at their disposal a beautiful apartment with two bedrooms, a fully equipped living room and part of the terrace. The terrace is private for guests of our house, which contains another apartment for two people. There's a boat mooring on the terrace. All costs are included in the price, linen, towels, air conditioning, etc.

The property is located right on the coast in the beautiful turquoise and dynamic bay of Kosirina. It provides privacy, surrounded by greenery and flowers in the shade of a centuries-old olive tree. Everything you need on your vacation in Sibenik is near our apartment; restaurants, monuments, beach, a bus station, ferry station... so you can easily explore Dalmatia and feel the soul of our old town. Apartment is situatetd on the ground floor of historical stone house. It's really cool, so you won't need air condition in your summer home (but we have one, don't worry)

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.
