Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Kappeln

An all-around wonderful place to stay! We had 4 nights with 4 nights, with hyggeline oven on the terrace and fire basket in the adjacent meadow. We have recovered very well through the tranquility and the sea. Everything was very tastefully decorated. 20 minutes away is Svendborg, a cute little town, which we enjoyed once. It was just too nice in the house for more things to do. Anne and Ulrik are excellent and likeable hosts. We'd love to come back!!

We had a fulfilling time with our dogs in this nostalgic, super-equipped thatched cottage. Garden / property are safely fenced and the beds are also great. Despite the great facilities and the very well-preserved interior, we were a little surprised that the hygiene was not perfect. It is an old house, but you should have paid more attention to cobwebs (e.g. on the ceiling directly above the bed or in cupboards), the removal of silverfish in the bathroom (topic of moisture / ventilation) and the cleanliness of the floors. We had to wipe up something every now and then and afterwards the white kitchen roll was pretty dirty. Overall, however, this did not affect the nice stay, because otherwise hygiene & order were taken care of in places that were particularly important to us. We were very satisfied with the location, design, quality of the electronics and communication and are happy to be guests again!

We had a wonderful stay at Franziska & Hendrik's. The two are great hosts and we felt completely comfortable. The house has everything you need and more. Especially with a toddler, it was great because everything is childproof. We will definitely be back!

The stay was beautiful. The location of the house allows excursions throughout Schleswig-Holstein. You can quickly reach the North Sea and the Baltic Sea. The house really has everything to satisfy even the highest demands. Rarely do you find such a beautiful, tasteful and high-quality furnished accommodation. We felt very comfortable as a couple and would be happy to come back.

We had a lovely few days in the little yellow cottage. It is very nice and quiet. The beach is near. The contact with Julia was super friendly and straightforward from the time of booking. The house is modern, cozy and clean. In the bathroom and kitchen and everywhere in the house you feel comfortable. There is room to move on the property. Even the deer came to visit us. The most beautiful & romantic accommodation we have been allowed to stay in so far! :) The small half-timbered house is very idyllically located in the middle of nature. We enjoyed watching the chickens at breakfast and even had the good fortune to spot a deer :) The kitchen is functionally equipped with the most important things, so you can prepare simple meals. And there are activities for rainy days. For those with a lighter sleep, I recommend bringing a sleep mask & earplugs, especially in the summer months, as the birds & rooster wake up early & there are no blackout options. The owners are very friendly, dedicated and helpful. Thank you so much for the wonderful days. We will be happy to come back again!

An absolutely great house that is well maintained. Sauna and swimming pool are very easy to use. Beautiful footpaths in the surrounding area and by bike or car the cities of the surrounding area. However, the contact is not via Holidu, but via the very friendly and helpful owner. We have been to many holiday houses, this is probably hard to beat.

The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. The location is ideal for train travelers and yet very quiet. Thorben always responded quickly to messages and was always friendly and helpful. All in all, an all-around good experience – clear recommendation.

We had a very nice stay in Gunneby. Communication with Kira and Ole was friendly and super easy. The apartment is very nice and lovingly furnished. Definitely recommend.

We were absolutely impressed with the location of the apartment. Nature right outside the window. Great view of Kappeln. The sunset from the loggia alone, a dream. Of course, we were lucky with the weather. Since we had the bikes with us, it was always pleasant to ride to Kappeln. We hardly needed a car. So, we would book the apartment again and again.

Helle and Peter's cottage is a small oasis in a busy world. Where we had a wonderful time with our family with two young children. The front garden overlooks the water, the nearby islands. And a stone's throw away is an idyllic harbor with fishing boats, a wooden boat that is being worked on on the slope. Everything in the area exudes tranquility, space and nature. And all that with a maritime atmosphere, something we really like. The space itself is super pleasant; small and nice. Very nicely decorated and everything is clean and pleasant. Finally, the hosts are pleasant, welcoming and casual. Highly recommended as far as we are concerned!

I had a really nice stay in this idyllic, dreamy house in the middle of nature. Perfect for unplugging. I was particularly enthusiastic about the host's self-painted art. My room and the house are very lovingly decorated. Breakfast is a highlight with homemade rolls, fruit, homemade jams, etc. I felt very comfortable here with the tranquility, nature and really great hospitality!

Very clean, host responded immediately to questions, nice view of the Schlei and even a slide on the slope :) Only that the sauna is theoretically accessible to everyone has prevented me from using it. (Well, we were also there on the day of the gentlemen and some also celebrated it classically) Definitely a good place to stay overall!

We can highly recommend the apartment :) It is tastefully decorated, clean and without unnecessary stuff. We felt very comfortable there and can imagine taking a break there again. The apartment is great for dogs, as it has a fenced garden and there are many options for "walking" them. Thank you dear Kati for a great stay :)

I had wonderful days with Gesche and immediately felt comfortable. The room is cozy and larger than expected. A wonderfully rural area for cycling. I recovered very well!

If the connecting rooms do not bother you, the apartment is very comfortable for a stay of four.

Super nice apartment in the perfect location, we spent an extended weekend with the family and were able to explore Sonderburg well on foot. The host communicated very pleasantly and kindly and gave us a nice welcome gift!

We had a very nice stay. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired! The beach is within walking distance and the beach chair was great. Communication was fast and reliable. We would book again and again :)

I was in Kiel for 5 weeks for work and I loved the accommodation! Thanks to the great weather, I was able to enjoy the sunset from the balcony every evening. The apartment is very nice and above all practically furnished. The beach is right outside the door and shopping was a breeze within a few minutes by car. Thanks to the private parking space, parking was always possible without any problems. The hosts were super friendly and always immediately available. If I have to go to Kiel again, I would definitely choose this accommodation again!

We are 3 guys biking in Europe. Nicely furnished and spacious. The only thing missing was coffee as we usually have an early breakfast before we leave . Great hosts!
