There are a total of 2 bedrooms with one double bed each, as well as 2 sofa beds in the living room. The apartment with real wood parquet can accommodate 4-6 persons, and as a special highlight, has a covered roof loggia with Schleiblick. Wifi, TV with Netflix. The apartment is not suitable for children under the age of 6 due to a spiral staircase.

Pets are also allowed (additional costs apply). The neighborhood is quiet, yet the house is centrally located. The pedestrian zone or promenade is only a 15-minute walk away.

Pets are not allowed in Swimming Lounge. The house is fully equipped and ideal for couples and families for 4-5 people. You can expect an integrated fitted kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. A large flat screen, WiFi access and a small sauna are also part of the equipment. There is a parking space that you can use. You can rent bed linen and towels from us for EUR 25 per set. Please book at least one week before arrival.

In addition, our son is a brewer and the Weltbrauerei is located on our farm.
