We have strong WIFI, Netflix and nature. Kishaz is not little, although the word 'kis' refers to the tiny size of an object/person. The house is spacious, cozy, warm. The garden pool, the 6-person hot tub and the entire property are for guest use only, and the owner does not live on the property.

I offer my guests my real Tiny house with keyless access. It is also suitable for a home office in an air-conditioned living room sitting at the desk you can see nature through a huge reflex glass. The house is self-designed and made. There are three bicycles, they can be used for a separate fee. All are in excellent condition and include a mobile phone holder, puncture repair, lights and pump.

The house is located 300 m from the North Beach of Velence (the site of EFOTT), 300-400 m from the main roads with heavy traffic. It has two bathrooms, two/three bedrooms, a nice kitchen and an extra kitchenette. Ideal for families, sports, fishing, hiking and relaxation. The outside house has a sauna and two SUP boards. An outdoor covered parking is available for storing cars.
