Stunning Oceanfront Condo!! AIR CONDITIONED!!

KymRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Fantastic place, even better location! The grounds are lush and beautiful. Slept great in air conditioned bedroom. Millards instructions are detailed and thorough for directions, check in and out -so appreciate that! We truly took advantage of snorkeling just steps away from condo, walking the path to Napili, eating at The Gazebo, and walking the Kapalua Coastal Trail...all without having to drive or park elsewhere!! Millard is a wonderful host.

Luxury Panoramic Ocean Views!

ShrijitRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Kapalua Ridge is an incredible development and Kevin’s place was absolutely stunning. The entire setup gives all the resorts in the area a run for their money. The place itself was clean, well equipped, massive and luxurious. The views of the coast and islands was beautiful and we enjoyed stunning views everyday. It’s a short walk to the beach and few steps past the nearby beach gets you to Kapalua bay which is where the restaurants are. The bathrooms were very large and luxurious - which we loved. Our host Kevin was super responsive and was very helpful with recommendations and helping us find things in the airbnb. Will come back here if in Maui - amazing place.

Our host was great and responsive. The ocean view and the whales were fantastic. Coming in here the first time at night was a challenge but we found it.
A clear blue sky serves as the backdrop for a swimming pool surrounded by palm trees. Loungers are arranged around the pool, complemented by white umbrellas providing shade. Vibrant greenery is visible along the edge of the property, creating a serene atmosphere.

1 BR condo with lanai, grill, great location, views

KristinaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Great unit. Perfect for my teen daughter and me. We spent our days primarily in this area. It's an easy walk to kapalua beach which has good snorkeling. Recommend you drive to the last parking lot in the villas drive area and then its a few steps to the trail. You can walk all the way but it might be far w a lot of stuff. We went to the beach right below unit which was lovely. Its rocky in the water but sandy beach. We spent a lot of time at fleming beach. The unit has good ac, gorgeous views from the living area. Good kitchen utensils and cookware etc. There are no restaurants in walking distance. This is a very quiet residential area which is perfect for us. Quick drive to kaanapali and whalers village for shopping. Also good grocery store in napili 5 minutes. This is our 2nd stay in these villas and its a great spot.

Oceanfront Paradise! Sea Turtle Cove C24 Napili Pt

JenniferRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Myself, my husband, and three boys under the age of 10 stayed here for a week. The highlight was watching the turtles in the turtle cove and seeing whales jump from lanai at the condo. We were a couple minute walk to the best beach at napili bay. At our arrival, there was Hawaiian music playing on the Alexa with a warm greeting and bottled waters and nuts from host. The place has everything you would ever need- washer and dryer (detergent), first aid kit, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, sunblock, kreuig and coffee pot. The place felt like “old Hawaii” without the resort feeling, but with all the magic of Hawaii. My kids loved the place. They did not want to leave. We left some digging toys for the beach. It was a great experience, and a trip full of wonderful memories that we will never forget. Thank you!!! The little touches on this place go a long way and was very appreciated.

Your guide to Kapalua

All About Kapalua

Located on Maui’s northwest coast, Kapalua is a quieter alternative to the tourist centers of Lahaina and Kaanapali to the south. The resorts here are generally smaller (and fewer), and the beaches rank among the best in Hawaii, making it a popular destination for those looking to enjoy the surf and sand but need a break from the crowds. Protected by two reefs that form a C-shaped cove, Kapalua Bay is a paradise for snorkelers, who flock to its flat, turquoise waters to spot parrot fish, perch, and Hawaii’s state fish, the reef triggerfish, or humuhumunukunukuapuaa.

The area is also home to a handful of coastal trails that lead to lookout points where you can post up to watch whales migrating in winter. And if you can tear yourself away from Kapalua for a few hours, Kahakuloa is just down the road and offers an even more laid-back vibe as well as some of the best banana bread on the island.

The best time to stay in a vacation rental in Kapalua

Kapalua tends to be slightly rainier than its neighbors to the south, which isn’t to say you won’t get stretches of amazing weather. May through September sees its fair share of hot, sunny days, making this the best time to book a Kapalua vacation rental if your aim is to swim in the ocean and tan on the beach. For surfers, the winter months mean more wind and rougher waters, so if you’re looking to catch the perfect wave, consider coming in December or January. The winter weather will still be mild enough to spend time outdoors, and it’ll be a little less crowded than during the peak summer months. Year-round, you can pretty much expect temperatures in the 70s and 80s Fahrenheit, with more rain in winter.

Top things to do in Kapalua

Tour a pineapple plantation

Maui is proud of its pineapples, and for good reason — eating these fruits fresh from the tree here will leave you ruined for all others. Go on a tour through Kapalua’s Maui Gold pineapple plantation, which has been growing into productive forests since the 1900s, and learn all about how to harvest the state’s favorite fruit.

Kapalua Bay Beach

To make the most of Kapalua’s most popular spot for snorkeling, swim out to the right-hand side of the crescent beach. Continue towards the rocks, and you’ll find yourself surrounded by coral beds, tropical fish, and sea turtles.

Surf Oneloa Beach

Kapalua and its surrounding beaches are known for their excellent surfing, especially during the winter months. For those unafraid to tackle larger waves, head to Oneloa Beach, where fewer crowds and stronger winds make for ideal conditions. Bordered by palm trees and black volcanic rocks, it also happens to be a beautiful spot to watch the sunset, once the tide goes in at the end of the day.
