Condo vacation rentals in Kapalua

This place was absolutely perfect with Spectacular views just steps from the water. It was everything we hoped it would be and more. We loved having breakfast and dinner on the lanai overlooking the water. You just can’t beat the tranquil view of the pacific. Our host Dee was super helpful and very responsive. The description and photos in the listing were 100% accurate. The property itself was immaculate and quiet. Location wise, you can’t beat this place. Walking distance to multiple good food places and the main highway easily accessible. Inside the unit, Everything was very clean, easily accessible with Laminated Instructions for the fans, air conditioning, coffee pot were all conveniently located. Beach chairs, towels, noodles, snorkel gear were all provided and good condition. All in all you can’t beat this place and we would 100% book here again.

Wish we could have stayed longer. Place was so clean, convenient location in the building and easy in and out access to explore the surrounding areas. We felt right at home. Loved the balcony views. Washer and dryer are big and nice, perfect for us between stops on different islands. Kelly was super nice, communicative and responsive! Would absolutely come back.

Couldn’t have picked a more perfect place to stay for a few days on Maui - the space itself is incredible, feels very luxurious and has an amazing view. The location is just as amazing, just a few steps from the best beach I’ve ever been to. Can’t wait to stay here again!!

If this listing is still available and you're hesitating on booking- you are so lucky and should book it before it's gone! The ocean view alone for this unit is better than any resort on the island. We watched sunsets and whales playing in the ocean from the privacy of our lanai. The beach in front of the building is quiet and gorgeous. The amenities for the unit and building are great- washer and dryer so you can pack light, beach chairs so you don't have to rent from Snorkel Bobs, and a very well maintained, clean grill downstairs if you want to cook your own food. Our host was extra sweet and accommodated a late check out so we had a few more hours to spend in Maui on our last day. To be honest- we think staying at the Aston Mahana made our trip from great to unforgettable. There wasn't a single negative thing that happened during our stay, and will definitely be rebooking this unit when we come back to visit beautiful Maui.

It was a beautiful place with a privacy. Loved the location and felt very safe. The host was so thoughtful and was very clear with instructions. Everything was so well thought through. We strongly recommend this place.

Recommend: Clean unit with a nice view. Bob and Sue were helpful. Shower, cooktop and furniture were a tad dated but functional. The bed was comfortable. There was not a air conditioning unit in the bedroom- there was a powerful large fan that worked well to push the cold air from the living room AC into the bedroom so you could sleep very comfortably. The property was illuminated at night with tikki torches -added a nice tropical touch. There was plenty of parking available.

Genuinely a great place so stay at. This place is worth the money, car rental recommended. Overall my wife and I agree it was 10/10. Views, amenities and overall experience was amazing.

This place is right next to the ocean and it is so beautiful to wake up to the view. We saw turtles right from the Lanai. The place itself is very clean and well maintained! We ran into some trouble with the card keys, but Carron fixed it right away. Location is great and is close to Dukes Beach house, the beach and other resorts/ restaurants..Thanks for hosting us!

We had a fantastic stay! Wonderful updated unit. Comfortable king bed and very comfortable pull out queen bed. The location is unbeatable. Next to our favorite beaches. The pool on the property was excellent. The property itself had a lovely beach access to splash around for a bit and the views were priceless! Highly recommended!

As a Super Host for a long time I can say that Mike’s place and his communication was above and beyond expectation. From the first communication till the after check out all went well. We found this place just a week before checking in day and we’re glad we were given an early check in time as we were checking out from another hotel that morning. First day/evening we explored a trail by the beach with spectacular view that was just few minutes from the place. We took many beautiful pictures, walked over Montage resort and watched the sunset, walked by wedding on the beach, did some shopping at Montage store with a high quality merchandise; our son who is into fitness checked their gym and also gym at the Ritz Carlton. For a dinner there is a Honolua store where we bought poke bowls and local ice cream and enjoyed it on the patio overlooking the ocean. Next day snorkelled and used beach equipment provided by Mike, Sea Restaurant for dinner and best thing that we just walked there. 100%!

Amazing property and location. Highly recommend!

Room A 204 has an incredible view of Napili Bay and great access to tide pools, sand and surf. The studio room with kitchen had everything we needed and we appreciated the bag of Maui coffee, ready to perk! The unit was clean and well stocked with towels and beach gear. (Small problem with TV sound was answered promptly.) We were also able to pop down the stairs to The Gazebo takeout window for an order of the Hawaiian Fried Rice! The pool is also just steps away with shady spots to sit and whale watch or read! We will definitely come back to 204 at Napili Shores!

Fantastic place, even better location! The grounds are lush and beautiful. Slept great in air conditioned bedroom. Millards instructions are detailed and thorough for directions, check in and out -so appreciate that! We truly took advantage of snorkeling just steps away from condo, walking the path to Napili, eating at The Gazebo, and walking the Kapalua Coastal Trail...all without having to drive or park elsewhere!! Millard is a wonderful host.

Such a magical spot!! The location and view is unbeatable. We loved snorkelling in the bay and spotting the sea turtles that would come up to rest on the shore. We really appreciate the well-stocked kitchen (pots, pans, cooking utensils etc) and the spices and other pantry basics.

Great place, very clean and had everything you would need. The view from the patio is way better in person. The beach is small, but you will have it to yourself! The pool and grassy hang out area was very peaceful. Staff at this condo community does a great job of keeping everything spotlessly clean and nothing was out of place. There is a convenient grocery store close by and a spacious grilling area to use. The condo itself was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The host was great and communicated very well. Only downside is the location was out of the way of where we spent most of our time when out and about.

The pictures and descriptions match the reality of the studio and the location. This was my first-ever time using Airbnb and I had always been hesitant. Not with this little gem in Napili. The picture of the bay, beach, Molokai - it's real. And the Hawaiian feel of the interior is equally how you feel in person. It was perfect for a single, professional seeking solitude. Would also be great for a couple. The nights were the best. Only sound heard were the waves and occasional breeze. Slept with the windows open each night. The kitchen has everything to cook your meals, with ease. Particularly appreciative of the fish market suggestion: ate different types of pan-fried locally caught fish every night. Napili is a gem of a location nestled between local neighborhoods and swanky Kapalua. Strongly suggest a morning walk on the Kapalua trail. I will certainly be back.

This place was incredible! I could have sat on the balcony from sunrise to sunset and would have been content!! The view is seriously amazing! Plus the condo’s surroundings were so peaceful and there were sea turtles right on the edge of the water and the beach! I would stay here anytime I visit Maui. FYI there are 4 chairs and a cooler for guest to use at the beach.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The bed was extremely comfortable, the AC worked great, and the full sized kitchen was a great bonus. The kitchen was stocked with salt/pepper, basic spices, oil, plenty of cookware and silverware. We would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend

Just a few seconds walk from a beautiful beach, snorkeling along the rock reef there were plenty of turtles to see. The park is a great place to watch the sunrise. You can hear the waves crashing from your bedroom. Lot's of food in walking distance, a picturesque tropical place to relax.

So thankful to Meghan! Amazing location and spot. Lots of time spent on the balcony where each morning you can see turtles visiting the shoreline. Super cool & well done space. We couldn’t connect super well to the WiFi but that didn’t matter much. (Tv worked great) No complaints at all on this place. Thank you so much!

We had a great stay. The condo had beautiful views of the golf course and the Kapalua Bay. Bev & Mike were very responsive. The Kapalua is a beautiful area to walk around. We will come again

Husband and I came here for our honeymoon. It was absolutely gorgeous. Enjoyed all the amenities like the bbq area and it was so nice being able to do some laundry to get some fresh towels for the beach. Best part was how close all the restaurants were around us. Grocery store was a short trip up the street. Highly recommend and would definitely come back again.

We had a great stay at Marcella’s place.! The apartment had everything we needed. We loved the views and access to the beach! We also loved being able to walk to get food from some great places! Highly recommend! We would definitely stay again!

What an incredible view! The space was very comfortable. This was such a relaxing spot to spend our time in Maui, close to great snorkeling/hikes/beaches - would stay here again.
