This 2nd floor condo has all the amenities you need: Hi speed wifi, 65" TV, washer/dryer. See whales from your lanai in Feb-March. Ample parking. Across from a popular casual pub/restaurant. Go 200' across the street to the beach. Toast the sunset. Shopping, restaurants, groceries close by. This 647 sq.ft. 710 w/lanai, and is best for 2 people, but can allow 2 more in the 2 living room sofa/beds, a twin and a full. Air conditioning in living room. Blackout drapes! Large pool. Beach equipment.

A welcoming 1st floor, one bedroom 723 sq ft condo at Kihei Kai Nani complex across from beautiful Kamaole II beach, in Kihei. It is recently updated, fully furnished and equipped with full kitchen, Queen size bed and a crib for an infant and a twin air mattress (no sofa-bed). NOTE: The Kihei Kai Nani resort has been zoned as a Hotel / Business Resort since it was built in the 70's. It is not one of the resorts being targeted by current legislation to curb Short Term Rentals on Maui.

Come stay at our recently updated condo in South Kihei. The unit is known for the desirable, ground floor access. Take in the tropical garden and pool view from this 2 bed, 1 bath unit with split AC. The King-size bed with blackout drapes ensures a restful sleep, and a pullout Queen sofa with 8.5" mattress provides room to sleep 4. Kihei Kai Nani is located directly across the road from renowned Kamaole Park II and walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
