Go 200' across the street to the beach. Toast the sunset. Shopping, restaurants, groceries close by. This 647 sq.ft. 710 w/lanai, and is best for 2 people, but can allow 2 more in the 2 living room sofa/beds, a twin and a full. Air conditioning in living room. Blackout drapes! Large pool. Beach equipment.

NOTE: The Kihei Kai Nani resort has been zoned as a Hotel / Business Resort since it was built in the 70's. It is not one of the resorts being targeted by current legislation to curb Short Term Rentals on Maui.

We take pride in offering a warm and inviting atmosphere in our condo, photos taken in July 2025.
