You can also have a BBQ with a yakiniku roaster in the room regardless of the weather. Please prepare an outdoor BBQ stove fee of 3000 yen, cassette gas (CB can). The roaster fee is 3,000 yen (including gas usage). (If you want to use it, you need to declare and pay in advance) You can enjoy movies and karaoke in the 120-inch theater and karaoke room. Parking is available for 8 cars. There is a limit to the use of the room, and one room is available for two guests.Additional rooms are available for 4,000 yen per room. The terrace, created to view the starry sky and sea from the ocean, features a jacuzzi and hammock swing, where you can relax and enjoy the gentle breeze. From the terrace, go up one more level to the sky deck, where you can look out and see only nature. A breathtaking view spreads out. You can hear the slow flow of the Izu sea and fishing boats, as well as the babbling of the brook and the sound of birds. It's the best detox. When you enter the front door of the cottage, the green of the trees and the sparkling light of the sea will catch your eye. The 20-tatami mat open atrium living room has a sofa, kitchen with a fireplace, loft, and a relaxing space.

Please note that you cannot cook anything other than the rented BBQ grill. There is no supermarket or convenience store for shopping within a 15 km radius. Please purchase ingredients in Matsuzaki or Shimogamo before coming.
