A property that had been vacant for about 3 years in the "Kami-Miyazu" area, which boasts countryside scenery and is about a 10-minute drive from the center of Miyazu, was renovated into a private rental accommodation. It is 10 minutes to the sea, 15 minutes to Amanohashidate, and 45 minutes to Ine no Funaya. It is not a particularly beautiful facility, but you can spend a relaxing time unique to the area. Basically, we don't serve food, but if you'd like, you can book a breakfast onigiri set at the nearby onigiri cafe, which is limited to our facility (for a fee) We can also introduce you to local people, BBQ, harvesting experiences, e-bike tours in the area, and more. Please check with me in advanced. BBQ is also available for rent as a set for ¥2,200. (Chairs, stove, charcoal, lighter, from preparation to cleaning up) Food is not included. Please bring your own. We do not allow BBQs outside of rentals. In the garage, in addition to BBQ, you can do bicycle and motorcycle maintenance without getting wet from the rain. You can store it in a locked building, so you can travel around Tango with peace of mind. Parking is available right behind the facility.

Umieru shiro is a private inn built in a village overlooking a quiet cove. You can spend time on the deck overlooking the sea and listening to the sound of the waves.A space wrapped in the warmth of wood, it can accommodate up to 6 people (5 adults + 1 extra bed).Great for families and friends. The first floor has a bright living room and kitchen, and the second floor has a bedroom and a bench by the window.Equipped with Wi-Fi, kitchen appliances, and a washer and dryer, it is recommended for long-term stays and workations. If you want to enjoy both sightseeing and accommodation, we recommend staying for 2 nights or more. You can enjoy the charm of this place more deeply by visiting Ine Funaya and Amanohashidate during the day and spending a quiet time at the inn at night. It is 30 minutes by car to Ine Funaya and Amanohashidate, and is convenient as a base for sightseeing.Within walking distance, there is the highly transparent "Kotohikihama Beach" and walking spots, so you can enjoy different ways of spending time depending on the season. Experience "living like a local" in a place a little away from the bustling tourist spots.

Kakayamahütte is a three-story bungalow-style facility.The first floor has a parking lot and a bathroom.Upstairs is the kitchen and dining and living space.The 3rd floor is 2 bedrooms. The 1st and 2nd floors are common spaces for guests. You can bring your own ingredients and cook in the kitchen.It is fully equipped with kitchenware. Please bring your own condiments. You can also barbecue in the garden.(additional charge) The pool with spring water is the best. (summer) 18 minutes by car from Hachi Kita Ski Resort. BBQ, fireworks, bonfires (for a fee) are available in the large garden. The famous Akiko no Shimizu spring is right in front of the facility. It is very delicious water that even city dwellers come to draw. It is a very quiet rural town with a lot of nature. This is the perfect place to spend a relaxing time with your loved ones. Mt. Subu, one of the 50 mountains of Hyogo, is also close by, so please use it for mountaineering inns.(20 minutes by car to Suwatake Trailhead)

The house is a beautiful nature. And also we have good neighbors. You will see the real Japanese countryside that is not written in the guidebook.
