Płyniewoda Cottages is a place created for people who value minimalism and beautifully designed space. Functional interiors and panoramic windows create an atmosphere conducive to relaxation. Each of the 5 houses combines comfort with original design: a living room with a fireplace and terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms in the attic. All have air conditioning and comfortable amenities. From 05/06 2026 Guests will be able to use the heated SWIMMING POOL, and the sea is just a short walk away.

This is a beautiful, 175qm large luxury holiday house-built in 2016 on a 900 sqm large, fenced plot. It's located on WOLIN island (Western Polish Baltic coast),10km east from Miedzyzdroje. You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. The beach itself: wide, wide, long, white sandy beach. In the house: a fire place+ sauna and 5 bed rooms (4 x double bed + 1 room with 2 bunk beds for kids)

Forget your worries with these spacious and peaceful views. There are deckchairs and hammocks on the property to immerse yourself in a good read. A boat for a maximum of 4 people is also available for those who are willing to experience additional evening attractions, a sauna or a bath combined with a bath in the lagoon. As hosts, we can provide fresh or smoked fish at your request. We are always happy to prepare homemade waffles with homemade jam. We are looking forward to your visit.
