The SUNRISE 20 apartment with a sea view is located directly on the beach in the Gardenia Seaside complex. The apartment is 32 sq. m. and is located on the second floor of a three-story building. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, and a 12-meter terrace. The apartment is fully equipped, designed for four people (bed in the bedroom - 140 cm, sofa when unfolded - 140 cm). Dziwnów boasts a particularly wide beach and the building is located directly at the entrance to the beach.

I offer two apartments by the sea, each with an area of 35 sq meters, which are located on the first floor of our house, both have independent entrances. The 42 sqm terrace is shared by two apartments. The house is located in a beautiful pine forest by the sea, on the island of Wolin, 15 minutes walk from the seaside beach and 7 minutes walk to the lake, by the provincial route 102. The city of Dziwnów is about 1.8 km away, Międzywodzie is about 2 km away, by a pedestrian and bicycle path, illuminated or asphalt road.
