Vacation rentals with beach access in Kamen

Thanks for the stay - as described and met us upon arrival to show us about. Nice location on the outskirts of Split but easy to commute in!

The place was great, the host waited for us to welcome us and show everything. She filled the fridge with welcome drinks and we had lots of fruits on the table. Bus station to go to Split is 5min walk away. We made a mistake in looking checkout time, but host was calm, polite and accommodating. Thanks for the stay :)

The apartment is very beautiful and perfectly equipped. The views from the terrace are stunning, and on-site parking is a real plus. The location is also excellent. Marie was very responsive and available throughout the stay. I highly recommend it!

Great location, amazing harbor and islands view from the patio, very walkable to many restaurants and ~20 minute walk into the historic district which you can walk along the beach or a bit more direct along streets. Easy, short walks to multiple beaches both up and down the coast...providing options for quiet beaches or those with restaurants/bars, and activities. Very clean, comfortable, and with a private parking spot. Katarina our Host was proactive with meeting us at check-in, providing local advice and checking up to be sure everything was well...which is was! For a stay in Split, 100% would stay again!!

We stayed at Vanda’s beautiful apartment for 4 nights. Everything was perfect, a clean spacious apartment with modern interiors and a beautiful balcony with a sea views. A walk into Split or else a €5 uber. We really felt relaxed and really enjoyed our stay! Vanda was very welcoming and kindly kept our luggage for us after checkout. Ivona’s place was everything as described. It’s in a great location as it’s a quick walk to the beach, bus stop and shops. She left us fruit, biscuits and wine. The kitchen has everything. It was very homely. Thanks Ivona for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

Fantastic stay. Lovely welcome from Nikola who also helped us get to the apartment as we were having transport issues. The place was well kept and had everything we needed.. including a few welcome treats from the host. Loved the heated pool, hot tub and sauna which were easy to use. Beautiful views from the pool side. Easier walking down the hill to shop/coast/restaurants than walking back but ubers were quick and cheap. Were recommended some great places to eat locally. Wish we could had stayed longer.. would definitely come again!

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

The location was easily walkable to the ferry port for our boat to Hvar and then our all day boat tour. Located close to downtown area where shopping and restaurants are plenty. Easy to find and safe parking spot included down the street from apartment. Perfect spot for our time in Split, Croatia.

We had the great pleasure of spending a week at Dragana’s apartment, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking not only for a comfortable stay but also for true hospitality. Dragana was incredibly kind and helpful – she took care of every detail in the apartment (cleanliness, equipment, a cozy atmosphere), drove us around the city, showed us interesting places, and always made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything necessary – we truly felt at home. It was a wonderful experience, and we’re very grateful for such a warm welcome. We’ll definitely come back at the first opportunity! Thank you again for everything, Dragana ❤️

The host was incredibly gracious and responsive and we found that any issues that came up during our stay (though there weren't many) were cleared up almost immediately. The apartment was beautiful and clean and we ended up spending more time there because of this. Although the pool was closed because it was chilly outside, we spent our fair share of time in the sauna. Overall, highly recommend! It's a 10-15 minute drive in order to get to any restaurants, and we found that to be the only drawback.

The apartment was everything we hoped for and even more! Very clean, great amenities and the hostess is incredibly nice and helpful. Swimming pool is very clean and private, the layout is also great if you are travelling with small children and therefore easy to keep an eye on them. Bus stop is just around the corner so getting to Split without car is easy. The surrounding village is also very quaint and scenery is fantastic. I only gave 5/5 because 6/5 is not possible in this app :)

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

The apartment is a short walk into the heart of the old town in Split with a great view out onto the Adriatic. It is a good size space for 3/4 people with everything you could need. Klajdi was a great host. *Outside of the apartment is a construction site but this did not take away from the view nor did it impact our stay greatly.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

Great comfortable apartment within walking distance of the beautiful city of Split.

We felt comfortable in the apartment and especially liked the clean kitchen and living room. By car, you can quickly get to Split, but the surrounding area is also very nice. The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. We definitely recommend the place!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
